Missing Contact Information on Shipping Label
The item arrived safely, but I have a major concern regarding their shipping process. The shipping label provided to the logistics company completely omitted my phone number and email address—only the physical address was printed. Without contact information, the local courier has no way to notify the recipient upon delivery. The company urgently needs to fix their system to ensure customer contact details are properly passed to the courier.

F1 is holding my AUD 501 refund hostage, and the customer service response has been completely unhelpful.
I have contacted F1 multiple times, and the only solution they keep giving me is: “Contact your bank and initiate a chargeback.”
I ALREADY DID. I contacted my Bank multiple times and even went to the bank in person. My Bank confirmed they cannot process a chargeback for this case.
F1 also cannot provide an ARN, refund receipt, transaction reference, or ANY actual proof that the AUD 501 refund was processed.
So let me get this straight: F1 says the refund was processed, but provides no proof, no ARN, and no alternative way to recover my money, while my bank says they cannot initiate the chargeback.
Then what exactly am I supposed to do?
AUD 501 is not a small amount of money. I have been going back and forth between F1 and my bank trying to resolve this, and instead of actually investigating the issue, F1 keeps sending me back to the bank.
This is not a solution. This is passing the problem around.
I expect F1 to escalate this to the payments/finance team and provide proper evidence of the alleged refund. Please have someone actually look into this case instead of sending another generic response.

Toys are great!
The legos are the usual high lego quality! We had bought a replica ferrari (fs-24) in the past and a city truck this time. Both great!
We have also bought a Ferrari toy car with remote control. It is of a surprisingly high quality! It reminds you of "old", long-lasting toys of the past.
The accessories are high quality, too.
The water bottle is not that great and cannot compare to high quality brands. Nonetheless, it is good enough for its price.
