Underwhelming
My roommate ordered 4 meals and the portions where way too little and it did not taste good. Even though the portion sizes are small i cannot finish the meals because they taste bad. Now I’m eating chips instead and gain weight xD.

This means each portion contains at least 150 grams of vegetables, a maximum of 700 calories (with the exception of keto meals, which have a maximum of 850 calories), mainly whole grains, healthy protein sources, and as many healthy cooking fats as possible. Our goal is to provide a complete meal with sufficient nutrients in every recipe. Of course, we understand that not everyone has the same needs. Not for me
It is very convient to have only a couple of little boxes in de fridge. The taste was okay for the first couple of days. I choose this meals because there are a lot of vegetables in it.
But my stomach didn't liked it. It gave me pain and nausea.
After day 4 all the meals were sour, even though the date was till after that. The last day I even got food poisoning from the meat. I didn't eat the rest that day because it smelled too sour.
Quitting the subscription was easy. Too bad this didn't work for me.

Meals are surprisingly delicious
Meals are surprisingly delicious - full of flavour and well balanced (I have only ordered the keto meals)
I think the meals should be at least 600kal, some are a bit less.

Ii need to cancel for next week I send the message on Wednesday morning I contacted to cancel for next week they said they will not do it

Meals and customer service are fine…
Meals and customer service are fine however the delivery is not good. I've selected 12:00-17:00 as my delivery time for my first order, it was delivered around 19:00-20:00. My second order was supposed to be delivered on Sunday at 14:00, however it didn't. I've called customer service and they told me to wait, i waited at home all day (wasted my day) still i didn't receive it. They brought it next day, but i was not available to pick them up next day so i just cancelled it. Customer team was helpful enough to cancel the order.
I believe company is good but they need to work with a different delivery company.

The good
The good: the food that comes is what you order, it comes on time and you have a lot of choices on what to order (in my opinion)
Th bad: sometimes some meals are a bit sour (especially the vegetables close to the expiration date), sometime the taste is great, sometimes it's ok (for the same dish)
Conclusion: it's not perfect, but the price and service is good which for me is 5 starts (haven't found a meal service that is even close to this, so in comparison it's 5 starts)

It is good but …
I like that it is easy and delicious. However I have 3 problems:
* Portions are too small. I go to the gym regularly and actually I don’t eat that much. (I’m 69 kg). However I get hungry just after 2-3 hours. Sometimes I need to eat 1 or 0,5 portion more to get full.
* I would like to have an option to exclude some type of food like pork. I know I can customize my meal every week but I just want to have an option to exclude some food in general not every week.
* The app doesn’t offer English option which make the life harder for English speaking people.
I hope you will take these feedback in to account.

Still waiting for my first box after 2 weeks
Ordered my first box 2 weeks ago.
Waited on Sunday for it to arrive.
Then got an email while at home that I'm not home and the meal can't be delivered. Called next day to solve the issue. They said it would be delivered Tuesday.
Tuesday comes, nothing. I call, and they say it's some logistics issue. Sure.
Saying I will get my 2nd box on time next Sunday. So I waited. Again, waiting at home and the email comes, "no one was at home we couldn't deliver the box."
2 weeks waiting , 0 meals. 2 phone calls no effect.
Worst service I have had since 10 years.

Helps clear your schedule through the week
The service is infallible. Every Sunday they come and I've had no issues with that. Not every dish is the same though, more recently some dishes have a strong
vinegar taste that had us considering dropping the service all together. We've managed to pick dishes that don't suffer from this, so we dodged this problem our own way, but we order less now and lost some faith in the service as a proper meal alternative

I am doing keto diet and the keto…
I am doing keto diet and the keto factor meals you provide are not really keto. I have been testing it lately, with blood tests, and whenever I eat some of your keto meals, I get kicked out of ketosis. It drops to 0.3 on the measurer. I stopped eating it and I am all the way back to 1.9. I tried different ones and tested after 3h without eating anything else and I drop to 0.3 and even 0. I think the keto foods has way too much cards to be honest.

Bad Customer services and bad experience
Started the journey with full confidence but ended very disappointed. First off all making the account was not very clear wich lead to having (what i learned later) two accounts. I called the day of making the accounts to ask if this was correct that there was charged twice 0,01 cents from my bank so inwouldnt be charged later also twice but they said everything was fine! Well long story short i got 3 boxes delivered in one week while i just wanted 1 box and i got charged three times. When i called for a solution because i didnt want 3 boxes but one the customer services was super rude and not well willing at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone this and also the food was not good so without the super bad customer services i would have stoped the services anyways.

Make meat and vegetable a different choice.
So the boxes are divided in 2 sections of meat and vegetable. The meat part is very delicious but I wish that while choosing our dishes, we could choose meat and vegetable differently from each other. Some boxes have nice meat but not nice vegetable and some boxes the other way around so I want to be able to choose that myself.

Good taste but small portions
Good taste, easy to heat up and eat. Very convenient.
Only minus (and a big one): the portions are small and kinda expensive for what you are getting. I wouldn’t mind the price, if it were a full decent portion and i felt full after eating it. That is not the case - i usually have to supplement with more food to feel full. I am still debating if it’s worth it in the long run. It’s a pity, because it’s a great concept, i love the convenience of it and i like the meals. But am STARVING on the small portions provided.
