The pre purchase evaluation was expedited by the very accurate response to all my queries by Alan. The purchase went very smooth.

I had trouble with accessing the document bc I was not opening it from the standalone Acrobat running outside the browser. Without Alan's forbearing help, I probably would have never got it right! The installation guide needs to explicitly mention this requirement.

It will be nice to know about the download protection fees beforehand. Frankly, it came as a little surprise to me.

Your manual is full of repeat phrases and "how to" pages. The actual step by step is vague and there are zero pix. This $70 manual was a wasted $70.

This is a substandard product and poorly supported. I was an All Data customer for years for my own vehicles. A little pricey (not much) but properly supported and constantly updated with tech tips. Better explanations, complete with good quality pics. I will be going back, I'm sorry to have wasted my money on this poorly scanned in document. Don't waste your time. So they asked me to add more details to better understand how they were substandard. First they sent me a link for a download that wouldn't allow printing. I'm not computer savvy. It took me a bit to figure that out. Then when I was having troubles searching and finding an index the agent asked for a print screen picture to try and deduce the issue. I indicated that I didn't know how. He wouldn't assist me any further and suggested I should learn more about windows. At this point I gave up and went back to All Data, where everything is properly organized and is easily found. There product may be good at factory manuals, but there support is recalcitrant and uninterested in helping. This is a scam in the sense that it is a substandard product and poorly supported. All the while charging a price that is out of line with what you get. Stay away from this operation.

Received 14,000+ page pdf with only inspection techniques, no repair guidance at all. What a scam for $75 and yes, I used the bookmarks. This no repair manual site, just a scam that can't be trusted that you MIGHT get the download you think you're going to get. I would not recommend.

Pleasant experience, quick response, quite good version of the manual I bought.
Food for thought: The file contains almost all versions of the specific model I requested, resulting in it being very large, and for non-professional use I would prefer to be specific adapted to mine VIN in order to be smaller size file and better manageable.

They are a complete scam. The manual I received is some type of AI generated generic manual. Shame on me for not reading the online reviews first. Interestingly the company responded to my review by trying to have in banned. Customer service seems to not be a part of their business model.
