Fast delivery
Fast delivery, good ebike, good price. However assembly was done poorly. The front cables + wire were bound too tight so by turning the handlebar the wire was broken. Always bind the cables with the handlebar turned extremely to the right! The saddle came loose. The rear wheel shield had friction with the tyre on the back light wire protection mantle, I had to create another hole to bring that shield more forward. Disk brakes were not properly aligned. All solved now but I suggest to pay more attention to the assembly of the parts.

Great price for good kit and fast delivery
Bought 2 Haibike electric bikes. Got a GREAT price largely as I think they were last years model closeout stock. Not that that was a problem as the bikes had everything we were looking for and about £1,200 cheaper than current years model.
Bikes were despatched very promptly with good communication and tracking. Delivery time exactly as quoted. Only slight fly in the ointment and can't tell if it was Bikes24 or the couriers fault but packaging on one bike was very badly damaged and gave great cause for concern until we could get it opened and inspect the bike. Fortunately no damage to the bike itself.
I would recommend them for a good range of products and good pricing.

we are sorry that you are disappointed.
However, it is clear in our General Terms and Conditions that: "You bear the direct costs for returning the products that can be shipped via parcels as well as the direct costs for returning the products that cannot be shipped via parcels."
Especially as in your case when buying a product under 30 euros, it is not possible for economic reasons to offer free return from the UK, just because you doesn`t like the produkt.
