Looking for a replacement for my old Bike Alpin 25 which after years of abuse looked old and worn. Just found out that they no longer make the bag and so the only stockist I could find which sold the bag for a reasonable price was Fahrrad24. Sent pretty quickly and took about 5 days to arrive which wasn't bad from DE. Really pleased with the bag, same great fit and lots of pockets. 5*

Very good on time delivery and presale support.
The only concern is that bike had not been tested before delivery and only general instructions (in German) have been provided; Tektro brakes had to be tuned

After after a helpful email exchange I placed an order for a Scott contessa allowing 3 weeks delivery in time for my daughters birthday. The bike arrived 4 working days after placing the order wrapped perfectly and to the main assembled ready to go! From my experience I cannot praise the company enough.

Excellent product at a very reasonable price. And the bike was delivered very quickly. I particularly liked the fact that everything was well set up. The last bike I purchased was from an well known high street shop, and it was not set up very well, so what made this good was to get it out of the box, tighten the handle bars and ride it - brilliant!
