Morgan did a great job doing the quote very quickly and letting us know what the company would provide with any installation. Energy saver scheme rebate was arranged and the installation was done very professionally.

Good Pricing, excellent install team.
Oki so as one of the larger companies I was initially hesitant to contact F&R. However not doing so would have been a mistake on my part. The quote was very well priced, they took no short cuts and the installation team were excellent. When the tradespeople arrive and take a few extra mins to work out the best install for your situation, they explain it to you and adjust to fit your location then you have confidence they doing a terrific job. I was very impressed with every part of this install. I would recommend them no hesitation and they would be first point of contact for future work.

We were extremely happy and impressed by the service provided from your company. Your staff over delivered on all aspects of the job, Zac , I think that his name arrived at the stated time, took time to explain different options, and when we had finally agreed to those options, he then restated what we had agreed too. I believe that he was very professional in his job. The guys that came to install the units arrived at the stated time completed the task in a very professional manner checked that everything was ok and left the site clean. We could tell that Faircloth and Reynolds must be good employers as employees normally reflect the heirchary input.
