Jon was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all my questions so that we could choose the right cruise for us. We paid the same price as if we had booked directly with TUI but this gave me the opportunity to gain more information from someone who had done the cruise themselves. Booking confirmation and tickets were provided promptly and any subsequent questions I had were also answered comprehensively and in a timely manner.

Jon was very approachable and offered support and assistance without any pressure. We exchanged a number of emails and telephone calls and he also offered out of hours teams calls to include my husband. We were able to book our trip with ease and Jon found us the best deal possible honouring the price initially offered. He was able to discuss all the payment options available giving a clear indication of when payments would be due. His knowledge of the locations was excellent and he provided ideas on how we could enhance our trip and make it more comfortable by sharing knowledge of cabin solutions and avoiding the noisiest. Fantastic service received. No pressure to book. Found us a great deal on our recent trip to Mexico. We sent a hotel choice , when the hotel then tried to charge extra for a roll away bed , Jon got straight back to us and with his help located another hotel nearby which will be better for our larger than average party
