I just set up my profile at Fairling…

I just set up my profile at Fairling and so far everything went very good. I got feedback calls from their experts, where my profile and my adverts were analyzed . I got some helpful informations and everything got set up quickly and easy. Now my brand is ready to be viewed by shop owners and receive orders.

Thanks to the Fairling staff, I am sure of the success of my brand in Germany!

I just ordered a 6 month subscription, but, given the superb service provided so far, I expect to extend it indefinitely. The staff is polite, professional and helpful, always ready to give you practical advice to increase the effectiveness of advertisements. They helped me a lot, right from the start, to set an appropriate and attractive profile, as well as to better define the target groups. The webinars and insights are very useful, I suggest you follow them. I have high expectations, in terms of practical results for the commercial development of my brand in Germany, from the use of this platform. Thanks so much! I recommend Fairling +++

I think that Fairling has a professional approach.

I think that Fairling has a professional approach even if this here is IN german and that Annette wrote my name wrongly... ;-)
Honestly, currently you can count on me as a positive ambassador for Fairling because of your professional approach. Your page is easy to handle and not to much time consuming.
The price is also not exagerated.
Finally it is the results that count, lets see if the potential you saw in us for the customers is coming into reality.

Great site in Germany for suppliers!

I have been using Fairling for a few weeks now and so far the setup has been great.

Creating a profile on their site was easy and smooth and so was creating an advertisement.

Fairling also called me to give me an induction which was useful.

So far we have only been on the platform for a few weeks and we haven't fully utilised the advertising service, so we haven't received any orders, however, I think this is more down to us than them!

The network of stores that they have created is great and I definitely see the potential from a suppliers point of view.

Good concept on paper only.

Signing up as a supplier does not give you access to the “data base” of shops. Very different to a “physical” exhibition where you can meet everyone attending and get their contact details. It sounds like a great process but in reality you have little influence to get a return on this cost. Sales people understand the value of relationships and the need for numerous interactions before listing a customer ... this process offers NONE. If you are a proactive business this model is NOT recommended. Recognizing the shortcomings of the process soon after joining we asked to cancel and have a refund. This was refused on the basis that Fairling said that they were a “startup” and could not afford to make a refund. Seeing that Fairling promote buying local it is disingenuous to market services to suppliers outside of LOCAL.

we are sorry to hear that there weren’t any order requests for your products from stores on FAIRLING.

We are also sorry to have to correct your statement: In fact the number and the quality of order requests on FAIRLING do strongly depend on the brand itself. The brands on FAIRLING do have a very strong influence on their results (quality of images, wholesale strategy etc.)

Since you started using the platform and sent advertisements, before 1.) doing a proper onboarding (which is extremely important to get good results) and 2.) did not follow important advice and recommendations from our experts, we still tried to help you and gave you:

a.) additional free expert calls
b.) additional free membership time

As you can see, we were very much tried to get you the best results for ALLES MOOI. In our opinion, there weren’t any critical mistakes from our side that would justify a payment refund – or did we miss any?

Although you were able to take a look at the resellers before joining FAIRLING, it seems that 'ALLES MOOI' might not be perfectly relevant for the local independent stores that we cooperate with.

Unfortunately, in marketing and sales there is never a guarantee – but we try everything to give you the best service possible. This makes us put a lot of effort in time into every single customer.

This is why it is impossible for us to refund your membership fee, when – as in this case – we did everything possible to enable your best results.

However, we still do understand your disappointment and would very much like to try to find a solution. Please get back to us via happiness@fairling.com to find a good way for both parties.

The support by the fairling-team was…

The support by the fairling-team was very helpful and friendly. They took enough time to guide me through the setup of my profile and advertisment.
I have just started so I cannot give feedback to the actual performance. So far I am very satisfied with the platform.

I've been very pleased with the service…

I've been very pleased with the service so far. It's very easy and intuitive, and still, they make sure you get everything right and support you inside their platform. Also, the calls and their booking system is quite easy. I'm really looking forward to getting great results and sales from other shop owners. Thanks Fairling! :)

Untrustworthy company

Back in February I cancelled my subscription by asking for a full refund. The service was complete useless to us, so it didn't make sense to continue. Fairling refused to do so, and I kindly agreed to a partial refund. Hereby I thought relationship with Fairling was over.

However, in August on a Saturday evening I suddenly received 4 invoices and my credit card was charged. I couldn't do anything else but blocking my credit card. Being on a weekend trip with that card as my only means of payment, of course it was a major inconvenience Fairling had put me in.

Afterwards I had to complain again and again to get a refund. I cannot in any way recommend Fairling. It is a poor service, but their customer service is a disaster.

I am sorry to say that your statement here on Trustpilot is simply incorrect and based on false facts:

1. You refused to even use FAIRLING as a platform after you joined us (although you still were actively contacted by 6 potential resellers) which makes us think that you do not even want to get new resellers at all.

2. You did not cancel your membership online (which is the way FAIRLING memberships can be paused or cancelled).

Since our mission is to support young brands, we still tried to solve your (not really understandable) unhappiness with us.

However, if you 3. do not even react to our emails and do not answer our calls it is pretty much impossible to find a peaceful solution here.

Please get back to us as soon as possible so we can close this case for good.
