Product ok but shipping was terrible

Product ok but shipping was terrible, ordered on 16/04 with a 2 day delivery was tendered to DHL on 23/04 only after I asked where it was, you forgot to ship and blamed DHL for the delay, parcel was finally delivered on 29/04, almost two weeks later, I asked for at least shipping refund and you asked why….
I’m very happy with my purchase and I also advertised it on social media but you should be more “professional”, a mistake can happen, is not a shame….

"Disappointing experience: slow processing and poor communicationI ordered two mirror covers on April 3rd, but the package was only handed over to the courier 10 days later, despite the promise of fast shipping. The items finally arrived after 17 days. Customer management definitely needs improvement."

Seamless buying experience with helpful add-on suggestions within the Falan online shop.

The after sale transparency of delivery timing and progress was not great. Maybe an opportunity to improve customer visibility as the DHL system is lacking.

Mijn bestelling is nog steeds niet aangekomen. Er is een DHL-trackingnummer aangemaakt, maar er is al 4 dagen geen beweging geweest.

the problem was found to be related to DHL. Friends were very helpful and the package will arrive as soon as possible

There is very poor communication

There is very poor communication. When questions are asked by Whatsapp it takes hours if not a day before they are answered. In such a situation I tend to drop out. It is emphasized that the question will be answered bu email. Problem: this does not happen. As a result you lose your clients.

You did chat with us throughout our website chat. We see that all of our questions had been answered within a normal time frame by email (our website chat is an easy way to ask a question without having to send an email; you then get a reply from us, which goes directly to your email with a link to go back to the chat, and chat with us). We even see that you have been helped out with switching a part whilst it was already packed and ready to be shipped...

If you want to talk with us and get a fast response, you should always use our WhatsApp.

And if you did contact us via WhatsApp, but under a different name or with a different number. Please let us know, and we will look into it :)

Not a good Experience

I dont usually give reviews but as you are so persistant in having to want one here it is. It just took far too long, i didnt get what i ordered (mistakes do happen) dont have a problem with that. Instead of a Rack from Moto nostra , i was sent one fron FA Italia. Sent it back to get it changed no problen at all. I was then told they come from the same Factory and that the only differnece would be, the one has FA Italia Sticker on it and the other doesnt. Well all this took about 1 Month but then recieved my Rack from Moto Nostra. Well happy!! This was about three weeks ago. I put the Rack on yesterday just to find out that its rusting at the joints allready. Im bot judging Falanparts on that, but the quality is very poor. I could get it swapped, but i dont think the quality will be any different. So there you have my "experience"

Our goal is always to help our customers as best as we can. When you messaged us about receiving the wrong part, we told you the parts should be identical, except that one has a logo and the other doesn't (you got the one with a logo by accident).

But that it would be no issue at all to change this free of charge, since after all, it's our fault for sending the wrong one to you! From what we can see, it took a bit longer with DPD to get the package to you, which, sadly, we could not do much about...

However, in the end, you got the part that you had ordered with zero extra costs, and from what we can see, with very normal communication between both of us :)

We are surprised that you have left this one-star review despite our help with no real issues other than it taking a bit longer.

As for the rack rusting at the joints. You have never contacted us about this, so we were unaware of this until you placed this review. A normal customer would contact us if something is wrong with a part, and we would happily send you a new one, since Moto Nostra would cover the cost of a new part, as what you are describing sounds like a product defect to us.

We have contacted you about this after you placed the review. But from the looks of it, you are not looking to get the part replaced with a new one. We hope you do still contact us about the part, as we find it important that you are satisfied with it, and regret not contacting us after a couple of weeks :(
