I was able to get a SIP part that SIP didn't have in stock. The price and shipping were slightly less than SIP. The entire order took 10 days from ordering to delivery in California, USA.

absoluteley horrorfying experience. no email is answered "at the first time", after waiting minmum 2 days and longer, or no answer follows. i always had to send email twice a time, even it is holiday, this is not ok organised here. then after waiting three weeks of my order, you tell me after( i asked again where my order is) almost 4 weeks, that this has been a stock fail ,my topcase is not available any more..??? wow!
no info, no mail, lost so much time, unbelievable, got infomations only, when i asked it before, really disapointed so annoying..never again sorry

Sadly, your review is not genuine, which is something we do not appreciate. Please consider rewriting it to something honest. A one-star is no issue, but make it truthful.

You willingly placed an order while we were closed for five weeks. You were well aware that you had to wait for such a long time for a discount.

When you placed the order, you had information on when it would be shipped, and we mentioned that our email replies are delayed.

As soon as we returned from holiday, we sent you an email that, sadly, the part you ordered was out of stock due to a system error on our side. We emailed you about this within a reasonable period (37 hours after opening). And we gave you a solution for a top case paint matched to your colour that is out of production (no longer being made). This would have been at extra costs, ofcourse, since it would be a job for a painter. In our opinion, a great solution is to get a product that you can not get anywhere else anymore. And that for a small extra charge. But instead, you called it ridiculous to pay for such a thing, even though you didn't know the price of the additional charge.

After we sent the email, you replied very angrily and unprofessionally. But when we tried explaining it to you, it only seemed to get worse. As you, for some reason, placed this review and opened a claim with PayPal... Even though we had offered you a refund or a paint-matched top case ourselves. Meaning, a PayPal claim was the last thing you should have done :(

To conclude, the long wait time was not our fault. You decided to wait. The product was out of stock, which was our fault. We apologised and tried to find a solution for you, but you straight up declined. If we were not closed, we would have contacted you within a day to let you know the part is no longer available. We always replied to your emails within one working day (in working times) and helped you out with any questions or comments. As all your questions, which were a lot, got replied to :)

Please do not order from us again if this is how you go about your business.

The buying and shipping was good

The buying and shipping was good. I bought mirrors for my Vespa 250 gts and even that in the site it says that it’s compatible for this model I need to buy adapter so it will fit the Vespa.

The stated shipping time of 1-2 days…

The stated shipping time of 1-2 days initially confused me, because it took four days for shipping to begin. But then everything went remarkably quickly from the Netherlands to Germany. Overall, my experience with Falanparts and the price are very good.
