We ordered some stickers for my sons…
We ordered some stickers for my sons Piaggio Zip. Everything was going great up until the couriers got involved :-(. They returned the package to Falan twice which delayed the receipt of the package. Falan then paid for Express delivery via a different courier, success - goods received. Thanks to Noah at Falan for his help.

The chaps at Falan promptly fulfilled my order shipping to the U.S.A. even after DHL mishandled the original shipment. My Vespa parts arrived, and I am very pleased with the service I received. There is only one communication channel, WhatsApp. But it is not maintained in a serious manner. You are not told when the delivery will be. International delivery is very non-transparent. I pay the VAT from Holland plus customs in Switzerland plus more VAT from Switzerland. The whole system is not customer-friendly. Next time I will buy from a transparent supplier.

Customers outside the EU do not pay us VAT. You only pay VAT to your local government as an import tax, which your local customs charge you. So, you did not pay double VAT. You can see this in your order.
And we looked back at it, but we do not understand what you mean by the international transport not being very transparent. The tracking seems to work perfectly :)

Sadly, you have not contacted us on our platforms regarding a late delivery. After looking into it, we see that the delivery driver tried to deliver your package, but you were not at home.
Because of this, the package was sent to a nearby postal office, where you let it sit for two weeks.
We are unsure why you are placing a review stating that we are late when you let the package sit at the postal company. The delivery itself was done well within the given timeline :)

I understand that this is international…
I understand that this is international base, i got 2 separate orders with them. My only complaint i have is shipping takes to long and no phone no# to call. We only connect with whats up app. They are good to answer but the time difference and i dont fell they did a extra mile to satisfy my mix up and issue on my orders. I’ve spent over 1$k with them. Coz of poor communication they even almost send me another set of my order. But i messaged them to be on good faith. And to justify that i don’t take advantage.
I have not put my parts yet but i am sure it will be fine. Its all malossi for my vespa
