The person (Edith) who assisted was loud, clear and straightforward. And she made it easy and sample helped me out and explained the procedure.

After explaining that I was a curious scroller and accidently subscribed to Trust Pilot, I received an email the next day from Jamal, guiding me through what is going to happen next and what advantages there is in being a member. Unfortunately in SA rands it is just too much and unaffordable to be a subscribed member!!!!

Good escalation

I just want to explain something that i didn’t expect. I was on Facebook the other day when I saw a promotion for a free tv from a company called Game stores here in South Africa and I clicked on the link and they wanted me to pay delivery fees which I did only to find out that it brought me to family shop life and that was a mistake but the management from family shop life was very helpful and promised to refund me and resolve my issue. I just want to say thank you very much to the manager who helped me and I appreciate your service.

I honestly think FamilyShopLife is a Scam.My Bank Account has been debited twice ..I only noticed the latest debit on 24Feb2025 & upon investigating noticed that it was debited in January as well.
The Agents that I spoke to says that I authorised & signed up for membership which I cannot believe ...more scarier is the fact that they have one's Card Details ...I am pretty sure they are 'fishing' or whatever from other Sites ...I buy Online from BOB & Temu but definitely not FamilyShopLife
Agents say I will get no refund but they will Cancel my subscription or membership

Familyshoplife have a poor and untrustworthy customer services.

I've already notified them that some people are using their website as a smokescreen through fake links; unfortunately, I'm one of the victims of this kind of criminal activity. Moreover, it seems that this shop was already aware of the aforementioned issue, but their activity to address it is absent. The Agents, Supervisors, Escalation Managers, and even their Departments are ignoring this issue, leaving their consumers with no updates.

We are all victims here, including customers and your store. Your shop may benefit greatly from this fraud, but it has incurred a significant cost from us. This illegal and unauthorized charge to my bank account is unacceptable. Mercifully, 49 € is a huge deal for me as a student; process your promising full refunds offered by your company.
