Quality Product w/Shipping Delays

I subscribe to Enterprise-D and R2D2 buildups. Be prepared for delays in shipments. Regarding the R2D2 build-up: they still haven’t shipped the 2nd or 7th shipment, but sent 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Expect delays!

Do not purchase from Fanhome

Do not purchase from Fanhome. They are scammers. I was promised that I could pause my subscription and restart it at any time. I went back to restart the Iron Man package and they said they wont allow me to restart my subscription... so now I have paid hundreds of dollars and am left with pieces of a model that doesn't build anything. This is a scam! The website is trash! The customer service is horrible. These people are thieves! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FANHOME!!!

Payment issue

Had a problem with my subscription regarding when money was to be taken from my account, I called customer help, spoke to an agent who was polite & helpful, she soon got what I needed done, done! No fuss, no drama, quick & easy! So far I'm very happy.
