FareGeek is the best
I would not deal with anyone else but FareGeek. They are the best!!!
After the airline made a major schedule change, Samuel and Sebastian worked very hard to get me a full refund and managed to get me re booked at a lesser price.
They are professional, patient, and friendly.
Only book airline tickets with FareGeek, do not go anywhere else.
Faregeek was not a scam for me
I purchased tickets to the USA through Faregeek online and then read reviews online and instantly felt like I had given my money away to scammers. I was instantly heartbroken and nervous. However, within 3 days I received my booking confirmation with Finnair and realized everything was fine. My reservation number in the second email matched up on Finnair's direct website even though the first email confirmation reservation number did not. I have no complaints with Faregeek although I have read so many horror story reviews online. I took a chance with this company and was not disappointed!

Alden was so patient and professional
He made my day.
Great job
Great Follow-up to Issue
There was an issue with the website when trying to book online that resulted in an unauthorized charge to my CC. It appeared that I had been charged twice. Faregeek was complete and polite is assisting me with this issue. What began as a headache (it was) turned out to be a non-issue. I am happy and I have the tickets I wanted. I would use Faregeek again and I would recommend their web site to others.

A point of clarification... Alden was very helpful. What happened following our conversation is not. I have the agreement he sent saying what I would be charged. I have received 3 charges since our conversation. Two to the airline and a 3rd to an airline related company. I have put the credit card company on notice that if these post they will be disputed.

Micky was super helpful
Prices charged weren't the same as listed, initial difficulty with customer support, but calling again we got Micky and he was patient, friendly, and sorted everything out for us! Would consider booking through Faregeek again if everyone was as helpful as Micky!
Had no problems with this company
Had no problems with this company, flights went ahead as requested and their customer service was prompt when I needed to accept flight changes.

I had booked to go to Australia with my …
I had booked to go to Australia with my 17 year old daughter. It then transpired that my husband had to have a knee operation 10 days before we were due to go. He was certain that he would be ok to be left and I was reluctant to cancel. We rang Faregeeks and were told we could cancel up to 72 hours before and get a refund of most of the money so we could monitor him. 4 days in I knew I could not possibly go and we rang Faregeeks. The actual time limit was actually one week so we had been given the wrong information. If we had cancelled 1 day earlier we could have had the taxes back as well as the fare. To be honest apart from that mistaken information (Faregeeks you need to inform your staff) I am hugely impressed with their service. Ashlinn was patient, kind, helpful and efficient. When I go again I will use them. Thanks.
I had a lot of problems with my booking …
I had a lot of problems with my booking to the USA after my handbag was stolen with my passport and US Visa in it.... Alden was unfailingly kind [I'm 86 and severely disabled and don't have a computer of my own, or a mobile phone] and helpful - I couldn't have asked for better service... And Faregeek's fares are also the best I can find for my frequent trips across the Atlantic - more strength to their elbows !! I had been put off from using them earlier by some of the horrid reviews I'd read - but am now a true fan...
No problems with Faregeek so far
I bought return flights from Manchester UK to Sacramento (CA, USA) - the price was good and I read reviews on here but it seemed that most of the bad reviews were posted because they wanted to change things, so I figured I'd give it a try and make sure all my details were correct. Booking was quick and easy, and I received my booking confirmation right away (the email said I'd have my e-tickets emailed to me within 24 hours once they were confirmed by the airline). I had my e-tickets emailed within an hour. I checked the details again to make sure all was correct and they were. It's less than 2 months before I'm due to fly and so far I'm happy with Faregeek. If anything changes I'll attempt to update this review accordingly.
Do not use this company.
Do not use this company.
This has been such a head case of a situation, but I'll try to be as brief as possible on it.
I booked through another company that turned out to be this lot of charlatans. I made a genuine mistake on the booking of my flight dates -- no problem -- happy to pay the difference to fix my mess up. That was until I was quoted a fee that was almost equivalent to buying a brand new ticket.
Again, not a huge issue, what is that the company consistently and routinely lied to me about who's decision was. I was pressured on the phone into 'buying it now sir because prices will only rise'.
I rang the airline and they informed me they weren't quoting that fee at all, and it turns out these charlatans were pumping fees on top of the usual cost for no other reason than greed.
To top it all off, customer service is non-existent. They promise call-backs and don't fulfil them, the operator you're told to ask for is 'just heading out for his break' and that's before we discuss the sass they give you when you don't agree. The guy changed his story between who's decision it was numerous times, and instead of listening just preferred to talk over me when I asked him to clarify simple questions.
PLEASE, learn from my mistake, go with a recognised company.
BE WARNED!!! Use Faregeek @ Your Own Risk
Firstly I'd like to start off by saying Faregeek is by far the worst company I have ever come across! After seeing some good and some bad reviews about the company at the time I decided to ignore the bad reviews since the flight I was looking for was really cheap at the time - BIG MISTAKE!!!
I booked a flight to Dubai with Faregeek and I was told I would receive my Itinerary including my E - Ticket 24 hours after I booked my flight through them. After roughly 32 hours I decided to call them up and ask them why I hadn't received my itinerary or my E - Ticket and the guy on the phone told me it was due to an error with their payment department and he would sort it out that evening - Note by this point I had 4 days till my flight was due to depart.
So the following morning after checking my E - Mail inbox I still hadn't received anything from Faregeek so I decided to call them up only to be told I could not receive my Itinerary or E - Ticket until the manager at the payment department had signed off on the tickets. So after requesting I be transferred through to the payment department I was told by the manager that I had to send a picture of both the front and back of my Debit card for verification purposes.
At this point I was suspicious so I asked the manager why my card needed to be verified by a human when it should have automatically been verified by an online system - He simply hung up!
When I called Faregeek up again they kept hanging up on me. From this point on it took Two days of consistent non stop calls using multiple phone numbers for Faregeek to acknowledge that they weren't able to allocate a seat on Emirates Flight I had booked - This time claiming it was an issue with the suppliers they purchased the tickets from. I asked for the suppliers details which they were happy to hand over and after calling the suppliers up they denied any fault on their part and told me Faregeek was at fault they (The Supplier) had authorised all the necessary paperwork and sent it off to Faregeek.
By this point I had One day remaining for my flight I'd had enough. I demanded a refund from Faregeek who still claimed it was able to give me a seat on that same flight. I decided not to take the risk by requesting a refund and decided to book another flight to Dubai directly through Emirates this time.
I was told by Faregeek representative my refund wold not be processed since I had already booked the flight and received a call from him Six hours later saying he was "Sorry" and due to a technical "Issue" they weren't able to allocate a seat for me on the flight I had booked for through them.
Its been Four months since this experience, I've been conned out of £349 which I've yet to receive. Faregeek is incredibly unreliable and unprofessional - If I simply help one person avoid the trouble I went through then this review will be worth it.
DO NOT USE FAREGEEK AT ALL!!!

Top notch customer service
I had dealt directly with Samuel on my booking reservation for a ticket issued by Air India. When the airline cancelled a trip on one leg of my journey Samuel took control of the situation and worked diligently in ensuring my trip would hold as planned. He could tell that I was completely stressed out about the cancellation a week prior to my departure and acted courteously and professionally. I cannot thank him enough for his persistence to have my back when dealing with Air India and ability to calm my nerves! Best travel agent I have had by far!!!
Thank you Samuel and your wonderful team for supporting me through all of this!!
I booked a flight London to San Juan …
I booked a flight London to San Juan through faregeeks and all seemed ok until 2weeks 3 days before we are due to depart. FG advised that the airline (AA) had cancelled our original outgoing flight and offered an alternative that got us into San Juan 15 hours after our original scheduled arrival time and involving a 7 hour stopover in the middle of the night at DFW. After numerous emails and phone calls to FG and AA it would appear that the changes were evident back in June. This would have given us enough time to rebook an alternative. In the end time is so short (options and fares rising plus FG said it would take 12/13 weeks to do a refund!!) that we accepted the very poor alternative. It is my belief that FG have lied and deliberately not informed us until just over 2 weeks before our departure - if it had been 14 days or less then we could have claimed compensation under EU law. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company, the few pounds of savings are not worth it if things go wrong.

Had to postpone my flight at the very last moment, due to family circumstances.
Roderick, has shown great patience and understanding towards my slightly demanding change of dates. Will definitely be using the service again.

Lying to the dying.
Booked a flight with them to the Maldives to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with MND and we were unable to take the trip. They refused to refund the flight blaming the airline. Contacted the airline who hinted they were lying. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor. Refused copy emails. Refused the name of the person they allegedly spoke to at the airline. Contacted the airline directly who replied within 20 minutes offering a refund. This company will lie to you. Treat you with disrespect and even try to take advantage of the dying. Disgusting. Please don't use them.
The WORST customer experience
The WORST customer experience. Symon - the guy I had the unfortunate experience talking with actually asked me if I had ‘ever flown before’ because I was asking questions about my booking.
So rude, unreliable, unusual customer service. Find cheap tickets somewhere else and save yourself the aggro.
