From talking to and arranging the move with the administrator, Brie, and then the two removal guys who did the removal, Tyrese and Nico, the whole experience was superb. All were polite, helpful and professional and very hard working. No detail of the service was too small or difficult for all to satisfy my requirements. I will totally recomend FA Removals to friends and relatives. I needed an urgent move and within three days from first phone call, job done. Thank you all.

FA Removals helped us move yesterday, it was our first time working with a removal company, and it was indeed a flawless and exceptionally pleasant experience for us.

The company was well organised, quick to communicate and the removal men were quick, efficient and friendly. No damages were caused whatsoever and the van was packed up without stress or difficulty.

Fa Removals done a great job moving me and my family from London to Liverpool. The team were friendly, hardworking, careful and very professional. The office lady was also very helpful and management helped when we had to change our move date

We were held ransom with demands to pay before the job was even finished. Very unprofessional and stressful! They literally stopped half way through the job and demanded payment in advance. Furthermore the operatives, who seemed to have very limited experience dropped a box, breaking all the contents and chose not to mention. When I requested to be compensated for the breakage I was ignored. In my experience FA removals just add to the overall stress of moving.

FA Removals were more than FAREmovals, they were GREATmovals?! (Dad jokes allowed?). They were quick, efficient, good price. No nonsense. I had done a lot of prep in advance in terms of boxing and making access easy which paid off and we're were able to make the maximum use of the time we had available. I felt easy and relaxed with the services provided by FA Removals. This was started with Brie, who was very experienced in the business and was very friendly and helpful to the customers. She was efficient in her job and tried everything she could to help. She kept a close contact with customers to make sure everything was OK. The delivery team was very professional. They were dexterous in every assembly or disassembly that customers asked them to do. They were careful when doing the job as well. I was very happy about FA Removals, though the price was higher than many other removal companies’. The important thing to me is that they provided a good service and they made me feel easy and relaxed.

Asked for quotes from many companies and FA Removals came back as near enough the most competitive, In my mind, I worried that cheap meant cowboys, so I did the research and reviews were almost all excellent. The dates for exchange flip flopped many times, but Brie was always responded positively and accommodated our every change. Completion day came and the two guys arrived at 9am and quickly loaded up the van, care and consideration to our belongings were given at all times and nothing was too much effort. off we drove to our new house and after a three and half hour wait, the guys once again did move efficiently in the pouring rain!!!. nothing was broken ! Thanks to FA Removals, highly recommend. one last tip, get the key waive!

Having never moved before, I didn’t know where to start when looking for removals for my elderly grandmother who would be moving home. Emma contacted me after I entered my details into a comparison site. Several other companies got in touch with me, however FA Removals stood out (positively) and I think this was because Emma’s first message to me reflected professionalism and warmth. The process was pretty seamless, they had someone from the team sent out on the same day to have a look around and give us an accurate quote. We found the price they gave to be reasonable, and my Nan said the gentleman that came round was very pleasant, so we booked in the next morning (2 days before moving). I was really grateful that they were able to book us in at such short notice, and completely understood when they told me their only slot was afternoon (2pm onwards / TBC). This seemed to suit us just fine as we were under the impression that we had time to move our things out that day (we were wrong about this, because of poor communication from our estate agent, but that’s a different story!)

On the day of moving, we were under immense pressure because we had just been told we had to be out by 1pm. I called the office and Brie dealt with my enquiry. She advised that the team’s ETA was now 5pm because of delays from previous moves. As you can imagine I was quite shocked and extremely distressed because I did have 2pm in mind and the buyers were on their way, however in their defence it was always made clear that this was an estimate and could change on the day. From that point on, Brie did everything she could to help. She was extremely calm, reassuring, considerate and sympathetic to our situation. She also dealt with a difficult call from our buyer when she turned up at our door and didn’t take our word that removals had been delayed! She kept in contact and continuously reminded me that she was there if we needed anything in the meantime. Paul and Alex arrived at 4:30pm and were equally pleasant and did a great job. How they managed to fit all of our stuff into one 3.5t in one trip I have no clue! They are truly skilled. They also removed our washing machine for us at no extra charge which we were super grateful for.

Overall, I am so pleased that we went with FA Removals and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. A special thank you to Brie for being such a calming influence on a day of absolute chaos.
