I han an exceptional and professional experience with Samuel today. I personally booked a flight online. Then I got a call from Samuel saying that he called to let me know that my ticket was confirmed and ready for use.

Today I purchased a ticket ans instead of receiving a confirmation on my newly booked flight, I received email of pending status and a contact number to call. I called and was told the flight was not available and a new fare was given of $798 nearly double the original price purchased. I was told I could cancel for full refund. When I called to cancel. There was an issue with me getting a full refund of $798. Thankfully, I finally spoke with Samuel who worked on my issue for the better of 3 hours, and he personally called me back with great news that I would receive a full discount. I am so relieved and thankful for all his efforts, the many calls to get my reverse so I could be fully credited. There needs to be more agents like Samuel that go beyond to assist customers in crises.

I was truly impressed with the customer service I received when I booked my flights with FaresonFleek.com. About an hour after I booked a transatlantic flight with a connection on the website I received a call from their customer service representative Simon who advised me of a direct flight with no price difference.. He saw it was important to call and offer me this alternative as “it would be wrong not to let me know because if there were any delays it would be difficult for you..” what a difference a kind human can make.. You should know that I’m traveling alone with a child, the trip is over Christmas, we’re going to see my mother for the first time in five years who is not expected to live long and we barely have the fare to get there.. so his thoughtful call to make sure we wouldn’t face any possibility of delay was very much appreciated.. I talked to him about what his company represented and he explained the bottom line is not always the profit but the responsibility to the customer and making sure they have the most positive experience possible. He put in the time and effort to make changes to my booking so that we would be safer and more comfortable in our journey.. When I had trouble having the charge put through on my card his supervisor Rodney was incredibly kind, patient and worked with me to liaise with Bank representatives to ensure my payment went through while they and he were both on the line.. They invested time, thought and instilled trust with me that I never expected when I booked tickets online.. I would highly recommend booking tickets through faresonfleek.com while I know their service is supported by representatives such as Simon and Rodney.. they worked individually and as a team to keep my world turning in a smooth and serene way despite the chaos of challenges we face.. it’s good to know their staff care and I will remember this in the future.
