They are big scammers. We need to take action against them. I also got a stupid ring from GRA. They cant keep stealing from people. Lets sue them

I ordered $164 worth of items. I did not see any reviews at the time so I filed a fraud complaint with CHASE and received my money back. Meanwhile I followed up with them and received tracking numbers. When the date of delivery and time was posted I went downstairs to my mail room nothing was delivered but yet they indicated that it was. I also received a cheap ring from GRA. Was about to take it to the pawn shop to check its value but after reading these reviews I know it's a SCAM.

I ordered a few pair of shoes, order said delivered but never got my package. They offered me a 60% refund which is theft. I cannot get the charges reversed. Glad I read the reviews and now know where that crappy ring came from. Someone said lawsuit, im in. Wish we could respond to reviews on here. This site is trash.

Scammers. I never got my order. It said it was delivered. I contacted them and they said they were issuing a refund. I did not get my refund. I filed a complaint with my credit card company. DON'T DO IT. Too bad because I ordered so many cute things.

The only reason they got 1 star is because there was not an option for none. Like others I have just read on here. Did not get my merchandise but I did get that cheap ass ring. Wasn't positive it was from them until I read the other reviews. They did however respond to my emails and offered me a 60% refund which I am sure I will never receive. Scam Don't order from them

I order items on 09/25/2022 and I have yet to received my items after they took money. was unable to find my order info anywhere. No one as send me a response to my email I send them. As I see from other's complaints, they sent me a ring also. By the way i assume it was from them, you see I never order a ring. I didn't even know who it came from. There was no information with it.

I PLACED A ORDER ON 9/24/22 AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. IT SHOWS DELIVERED BUT CAN'T BE TRACKED! I TOO RECEIVED A MYSTERIOUS RING THAT COULDN'T BE TRACED! THANK YOU GUYS FOR SOLVEING THAT MYSTERY! I SHOULD HAVE KNOW BETTER THAN TO FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!

I have ordered some stuff in October it came with the tracking number that never was able to be tracked to anything I contacted somebody through an email and she said that it was lost she said I should get a refund between 5 and 25 days but this tracking number never tracked to anything besides that after 30 days on your card you can't get your money back because after 30 days your bank is assuming that that's a viable charge so there's no way I'm going to let this go 30 days and whoever said they wanted to do a lawsuit we all should do a class action lawsuit and get our money plus some for the inconvenience. This is a true scam and they know what they doing that's why they are saying wait 5-25days.

I ordered several items from them that I never received. I contacted this company and they keep telling me my items were delivered. I did receive a mysterious ring no return address or invoice. This as I'm finding out is what they sent me in luie of my order. This is a scam. They can have their cheap ring back. Just return my money.

I ordered over $60.00 worth of clothes over a month ago. Like others, I never received any clothing. I received three rings and returned them since I didn’t order them. They were too small anyway!! I’ve also tried every way I know to find a phone number or address. Since I found out this is a scam, I’m going to see if I can get my money back through my bank!!
Perhaps we could file a law suit against them in a group. Anyone interested????

SCAMMERS!! I ordered $32.57 worth of clothes from them and never received any of them. Instead I got a ring and was puzzled because I didn’t order it. Now I am seeing that people are complaining about the same thing. I have never been scammed. SHEIN should send out a disclaimer about this fake company. Now I am going to have to battle it out with my card company about this fraud charge. I should have followed my first instinct about this company because of the cheap prices and it fell under SHEIN! That’s why I trusted it.

I ordered a handbag a month ago and got a fake ring today in my mailbox , they are scammers do not trust nobody anymore just order 1 thing 10.50 in all thank God .

I have been trying for a week to reach anyone at this company. There contact info isn't valid. I thought I ordered from shein but my order is not even showing plus it said it was delivered which was a lie. You might as well take the money you were planning on spending here and wipe you ass with it. Shein should warn people what is going on. None of my money will ever be used to purchase from this scam. They also charge to insure your package it does seem that would be a federal crime since they claim the USPS delivered it. Report it to any government or local agencies
