Well I made 3 purchases from them and I also received a ring. With a delivered in my tracking. I emailed them and they said they were sorry and would refund me my money but these were outfits I had plans on wearing on my vacation. So very mad. Wish these reviews would have been here before I did my orders. I think we should contact Better Business Bureau. I filled a complaint with BBB. They are investigating.

I order $87 worth of boots . My cousin ordered $51 and her sister ordered $139 worth of boots. We all received a fake ring in the mail box today. I have never been scammed. I am so disappointed. We really need my money.

I wish I read these reviews before placing the order!! I ordered $51 worth of clothes and got this fake ring!!! Tracking shows its delivered in mailbox, ofcourse 15+ clothing item could not have delivered in mailbox, so I sent them email, no response. I raised a dispute on my credit card charge, lets hope they take care of it. I am surprised to see they used SHEIN ad to fish in facebook.

I ordered a pair of boots on September 24th, 2022 and on October 11th, 2022, I received a fake piece of jewelry instead. This site tries to masquerade itself as another very reputable company which I won't outright name them here because they are being scammed to if you think about it. This scam site even goes as far as to use part of their logo and tell you you can make returns through your Sh**n account. That is the only reason I felt safe even making a purchase as I thought it was a subsidiary of the company.

I ordered multiple items and got a ring in the mail yesterday from an Amazon Fulfillment warehouse! I cant find a phone # to track them down so after reading this, I can see I just got scammed!!! I hope we can contact the Attorney General and find these scammers and have them prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!!

I am so disgusted to say that I am one of the ones who fell for this pathetic excuse for a company. It is truly a shame that people are able to take advantage of others the way they do in our world today! I only spent about $28 on initial purchase, but should have as other stated realized prices were too good to be true. Received the cheap glass ring as others did.
Tried emailing which is the only offer for contact…would like to be refunded…but more importantly would like this company or individual to be exposed as FRAUD! CStephens

I ordered 9 items and never to any of them! Got a fake ring on Friday 10/7/22. Even went to the Post Office trying to see if my order had been delivered to another address. Someone from the company only said they used my address to deliver. When I asked how many boxes were sent, no one has answered yet. I am beyond mad!

I placed 2 orders and never received either. The "fake" tracking system indicated one order was delivered as I sat at the window awaiting its arrival. No one has ever replied to my customer service inquiry.

I too was scammed. I ordered 2 pairs of boots on Sept 28th, got a Email today Oct 11th saying my package was delivered I was excited I thought good just in time for the cold weather but when I saw the box I thought no way there's 2 pairs of boots in that box, opened it and it was a cheap ring I'm so disappointed. If it's to good to be true it probably is.

I order 4 outfits and received that same notification that my package was delivered and it was the same cheap ring every other customer received. I am very disappointed and angry. 2weeks ago, I saw Shein chic on line so I ordered a bunch of outfits, sneakers and purse. Because Shein was reliable and been ordering from them that I taught this company Fashionessential was sponsored by Shein was reliable too. I've spent US $ 50.00 ( not sure how much Canadian $)
I received a tracking # and showed that these order were delivered. But I got the parcel it was a fake diamond ring fromGRA Moissanite
Tracking # and order No. Matched the tracking no that fashionessential emailed me with the order confirmation. Then I start to research on line and found out that thus company was scam
How can they used Shein as their sponsor ? Shein should sue this company by using their company's name.

Less than 1...I placed 3 orders for clothing and shoes, on Sept 23, 24, and 26. Then yesterday and today I received a cheapy glass ring in the mail, the tracking numbers on each ring match those on my clothing orders. A complete 💯 percent cheat.

This site came across my Facebook Timeline and I jumped at the prices. Placed an order and yesterday I received a ring in the mail from Florence, NJ so I thought hmmm I haven't ordered a ring and checked my email, found my Shipping email from this site and it said my package was delivered at 2:45pm. I was about to clown on my mailman today because I figured they just didn't leave my clothes on yesterday. I have emailed this company twice today with no reply so I decided to Google them and found this.......
