I ordered well over a month ago and I have contacted them multiple times. All I received was a ring just like everyone else. Now I can't get mo one to answer me back. I want a refund...PURE SCAM

Same thing happened to me! A cheap ring recieved instead of my $135.00 order!

My daughter ordered me 18 different items of clothing for my birthday, all that I received was a cheap adjustable ring which was not on the order. I emailed them they said my order was mixed up with someone else order and I would receive a refund. Come to find out after reading other reviews same thing has happened to them. I asked again for my money refund still nothing. This has been going on since September
All I want is a refund at this point.

Same thing here, I received a cheap ring instead of my order, they keep saying my clothes order was delivered and no they wasn't!!!!! this was a scam do not order from these people or website. and I spent $32.29 with them and they do not have a phone number to contact them only email. SCAM SCAM I will be contacting an attorney and getting my money back

I too was scammed and the bank said there was nothing they could do about it.

Crap Crap Crap.....to fall in this scam.I did received a fake ring too didn't understand why because I knew I didn't ordered nothing like that there it goes $51.87 on 09/23/22 .They made a lot of money if you add.Wish someone can block this type of pages. To good to be true.😡😡

I too ordered $50+ in clothes and received a ring. I emailed and after 2 days of not hearing anything I started a dispute with my bank. Finally heard from the store and they apologized for the warehouse's mistake with my order. They offered a partial refund and I could keep the ring. Told them no that i wanted a full refund. They then said they would and I could still keep the ring (gee thanks lol). They actually did send me a full refund which took about a week to receive. Placed order on Sept 22nd and got refund on Oct 19th.

Scammers, order boots and then order jeans and received 2 pos cracker jack rings... beware

I too was scammed on 2 orders and now after reading these reviews I now know where I got 2 strange rings in the mail. I'm sicking my bank on them!

i ordered thru this company thinking i would receive some summer clothes at a clearance price as advertised. I went to pick up order at Canadian post office. i too, got a tiny box, which i knew obviously didn't have clothes order inside. i got a fake glass ring in also. i had cancelled cc since someone alerted me to the fact it was a scam site. The company keeps sending me emails with sale ads and bonus points for the order that i didnt get, to entice me to order again. I also got curious about shipping label on the box. It shows it went thru customs in Toronto and got pulled for no address. i peeled off the front label and underneath there was my order form and correct address! Hopefully i can recover my $68. BEWARE SCAM COMPANY!

Ordered 1 pr leather boots 22 Sept 2022 Order No 20530. Received a CRAPPY RING 2022-10-12 with a bright yellow guarantee card with company name GRA?? I knew I had NOT ordered such crap so when I checked TRACKING on my BOOTS lo & behold the TRACKING number MATCHED. How CREATIVE. I sent an email but have NOT yet had a response. I think since I kept the lil tiny pkge in it's entirety I will report 2FBI...they can go AFTER GRA company who clearly is an ACCOMPLICE.

I wish I read these reviews before placing the order!! I ordered $54 worth of boots and got this fake ring!!! Tracking shows its delivered in mailbox, of course 5 pairs of boots could not have delivered in mailbox, so I sent them email, no response. I raised a dispute on my credit card charge, lets hope they take care of it. I am surprised to see they used SHEIN ad to fish in facebook.

TOTAL SCAM..bought 6 items of clothing ...they sent me a cheap ring...I went to the bank to dispute it...the company said it was an error on their part..they're just liars...got my money back...PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I to was scammed I ordered $40.70 worth of clothes and got a cheap glass ring this is just horrible I have also tried to email the company several times no response I’m reporting to the BBB as well let’s all put these piece of scum scammers on Blast with the BBB

What disrespect. Got a fake ring today after a month of waiting on 52$ clothes. Beware beware. I started another order but stopped when they kept bothering me to do order. When I Said until I get my first order I will complete the second, they never responded. Taking peoples hard earn money. SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER😇💩😈🥺

I ordered 2 pair of boots and received a cheap ring instead. Of course this is being classified as delivered. This site is a scam. It added 2 "s" on essential. Do not order from them. Should have read the reviews first.

What a scam I should have known the price was too good to be true . I know there was no delivery Wednesday, as I am retired on social security. It's sad these companies scam people.

This is nothing but a scam! Did not receive my order or a refund. They will not reply to any of my emails!!!!!!

Ordered $49.97 of shoes and boots. Received tracking information and it said the package had been delivered and put in mailbox which doesn’t make sense as I’m certain the box would not fit in my mailbox. I did receive a package with a cheap ring in it and when I checked the tracking number it was the same number as what I was provided for my boots. This is a total scam. I wished I had checked reviews first before I placed my order. I have filed a claim with my bank already and sent an email to their company but I don’t expect to hear anything back based on everyone else’s experience. It makes me so mad that this company continues to scam people out of their hard earned money.
