I ordered my glasses from fashion eyewear
I trust this company and now first time I had very bad experience because I ordered last month now 14of July still I didn’t get anything I emailed to them so many time only ones replied because I wrote them reviews I paid about $300 money is not important but my happiness and my stress level too high ever I checked post office they said contact yo fashion eyewear but no one care about delivery issues I was excited get my new glasses but now happen first I waste time I waste my money I’ve got too much stress every single day

Excellent product and Service. Royal Mail let you down on delivery.
The product and overall service was excellent and easily deserved 5 stars.
However the delivery by the Local Post Office was appalling. They claimed they had been twice and they hadn’t with no red card left. I had to go to the Delivery Office to collect but had to try and track where the item was as it was urgent for us.
Shame everything else was excellent. Maybe change your delivery supplier🤷.

Pot delivery, poor customer service
Glasses are ok. Delivery arrangements very poor. And this was after I paid for expedited delivery to ensure I received before holiday. I didn’t. Despite the fact they were sitting in a local drop box, DPD didn’t send the required code. And fashion eyewear takes no responsibility for the failures of their delivery agent. The customer buys the package not just the glasses.

I ordered the wrong prescription glasses by accident, which they didn't have the option to darken in bright areas. I spoke to customer service and told them that this is my fault and asked if there is something they can do. Not only did they send me the correct glasses, but they also gave me the colour of the lenses that were not in my bracket price, so I think they gave me better lenses for the same price. Overall, can't recommend enough.
