Bag on website was listed incorrectly

Bag on website was listed incorrectly - so this was not the item I thought I was going to receive. Emailed a few times but heard nothing back, once the bag was sent back a refund was issued promptly and they acknowledged the bag was incorrectly described, the issue is now they will not refund my return postage at £15.95, which I think is a disgrace, have sent 4 emails and not one has been responded to.

I sold my item with fashionphile…

I sold my item with fashionphile collective. I have tried contacting them numerous times as it states payout should occur within 24 hours. It has been 5 days and I still haven’t received payment or been contacted by the team. I now have lost £300 and I am struggling financially which has led to a nervous breakdown. My partner now is escalating this on my behalf to trading standards

I consigned an item with FASHIONPHILE and was never paid out after sale. It’s been MONTHS - no reply from them

I consigned an item with Fashionphile and, upon generating a sale, visited your Del Mar location to discuss my options. At that time, a store employee explicitly informed me that I could use my consignment proceeds to purchase a watch, and that if the watch did not fit correctly, I could return it and receive my consignment funds as a cash payout. I relied on that representation in good faith and made my purchase accordingly.
The watch was not the right size and I returned it as discussed and purchased the larger watch from another shop. However, when trying to select cash out, I was then informed that cash out was no longer an option — directly contradicting what I was told in-store. I have been left with store credit I did not agree to and did not request.

What I am asking for:

I am simply requesting either (1) a full cash payout of my consignment proceeds as promised or (2) the return of my consigned bag. I do not accept store credit as a resolution, as it was not the arrangement I was offered or agreed to.

What concerns me beyond the outcome itself is the complete absence of communication from your customer service team. Weeks and weeks of silence is not an acceptable response to a legitimate customer concern, particularly one involving a verbal commitment made by your staff.
Forcing someone to spend money when that’s not the option promised is disgraceful and slimy.

I have been purchasing from…

I have been purchasing from fashionphile as a canadian customer for years now. I needed to return a purchase as it didn’t match the description and of course they won’t give international customers paid postage (even though most big companies do!!) so i paid for the customs and fees to be returned and usps failed to notice their new unit number and wouldn’t deliver it. A notice was left for them, and I tried reaching out to usps but they won’t allow the sender (me) to reschedule delivery. I reached out to fashionphile and they refuse to acknowledge the notice that was left for them stating my item couldn’t be delivered and they won’t reach out usps (even though they’re the only ones allowed to!) to reschedule delivery. so i’ve paid multiple times for this bag to sent to me in canada, including customs! and then returned and essentially just sitting at usps. i’m out almost 2000$ now and no one will respond to my emails. If you’re an international customer BEWARE. bags aren’t always as pictured and their new return address is extremely flawed. customer service is snippy and condescending and useless.
