The single roll of paper ordered arrived in a pretty short and acceptable time frame. The price was very good. Unfortunately, and critically, the roll was not the correct colour, hence the poor grade.

All went brilliantly
All went brilliantly. Slight problem as I ordered the wrong colour wallpaper, i phoned the company and have to say they answered the phone straight away, I explained what I had done and they told me what to do. I reordered the right colour then sent the wrong color back and they refunded me. No problems

Use another company
We paid £11.50 for four wallpaper samples which was fair enough. We got a receipt, nothing more. Two weeks later and after four unanswered calls I sent an email requesting cancellation as we had by now bought some wallpaper from somewhere else and had put it up. Their response; “We are sorry but these cannot be cancelled as they have been dispatched from Sweden and generally takes around 10 working days to arrive.They should arrive in the next few days.” RUDE
