Waisted a month for my labels

Waited a month for my labels. Finally just asked for a refund because it has taken too long. Definitely need to improve messages from designers to sellers as they don’t come through or sometimes they aren’t clear. Like I said wasted the whole month just to get my labels.

Absolutely Shambolic Service – “Fast Labels” is a Complete Joke

Ordered a week ago and was explicitly assured by their support team that the labels would arrive on Wednesday. They never showed up.

The next day I contacted them again, and another rep confidently promised delivery on Thursday. Still nothing.
When I followed up, all I got was a half-hearted “sorry” and some excuse about why they suddenly couldn’t deliver on a day when I actually needed them. Bit useless as I needed them for Friday’s event. These people are utterly useless. They give firm assurances, then deliver the exact opposite – zero reliability, zero accountability.

“Fast Labels” should be renamed Slow Labels, because speed is clearly not something they understand. This was my first (and last) order with them. Their service is an absolute disgrace and a total waste of time.

I will never use them again, and I strongly recommend everyone avoids this incompetent company like the plague. Terrible first impression? More like a permanent warning to steer clear..

Absolutely outstanding service

Absolutely outstanding service, couldn’t have been more helpful. Being less than tech savvy my designs weren’t quite right but they were patient and went above and beyond to help alter them. Received today and they look amazing. The fact they are local to me and that I’m supporting a local business is a bonus. Thank you. I will be getting all my future labels from here.

Fantastic service

We've been using Fast Labels for years now and they've always been fantastic. We've had very few issues with them but when they do occur, they're always fixed extremely quickly. I don't think there's a UK based company who offers the level or service and quality that Fast Labels does. I feel like at a time when companies go out of their way to make their customer service practically invisible or at times unavailable, Fast Labels should be congratulated on it not only being accessible, but excellent and friendly. Really, really can't recommend them enough!

I placed an order with Fast Label

I placed an order with Fast Labels about a month ago, and at first I wasn’t completely happy with the end product. That said, even then, the print quality was amazing and the paper itself was of really high quality. My disappointment was more with the final outcome than the materials or printing standard.

After I posted my review explaining both my dissatisfaction and my appreciation of the print quality, someone from the team responded very quickly. From that point on, I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They truly went above and beyond to help me, and the level of care, support, and patience they showed was outstanding.

In the end, the final print quality was amazing and everything turned out perfectly. I honestly can’t thank them enough. If anything, I probably became a bit annoying during the process, but they showed nothing but patience and professionalism throughout, which I really appreciated.

A company that not only delivers great quality, but also stands by its customers and works hard to make things right. Thank you, Fast Labels.

I actually cancelled my order last…

I actually cancelled my order last minute. As we needed further help on a separate design for tamper sticker. After cancelling order we were given a sample of one of our labels, around 100 labels given free. I am very impressed. Will order just before start of the honey harvesting time

Every order over the last 18 months has had an issue

We are a Doncaster based manufacturer and originally chose Fast Labels because we wanted to support another local business. For a long time things were generally fine, aside from the odd request not being followed.

However, over the past eighteen months the service has declined. A large order of front and back labels arrived in clearly different quantities. The rolls were very different in size. We sent images to customer services and were told they would only investigate if we unrolled and manually counted thousands of labels, which would have made them unusable on our machine.

After numerous phone calls to my mobile, I was persuaded to give them another chance. I spent around 30 minutes uploading multiple artworks for a new order, only to be told the files had not uploaded and I would need to send them again. I needed the labels quickly so placed the order elsewhere instead. Cancelling the order with Fast Labels, despite them having no artwork, was difficult. I was repeatedly told it had to be approved by a manager, but there were apparently no managers available.

Following this, I received a call from the Managing Director and was assured our account would be closely monitored. I was again persuaded to give them another chance. Despite that, further orders were not processed until chased, approval emails were not received, and one order was reportedly stuck in the system.

Our most recent order sums it up. I ordered two designs, 146 labels each, and specified machine application rolls. This was a small quantity as we will shortly be changing the design and just needed something to tide us over. I expected one roll per design that could go straight onto our machine. Instead I received 10 small rolls of around 30 labels each. These cannot realistically be used for machine application as the rolls would need changing constantly, which defeats the point of paying for that option in the first place.

When I raised this with customer services, I was told it was due to how the labels run across their print bed. They have since acknowledged this should have been discussed with us before printing, but no resolution has been offered.

I have given them far more chances than I should have in the hope of supporting a local company, but over the last eighteen months every single order has had an issue, and that is not an exaggeration. I genuinely tried to keep the work local, even paying higher prices to do so, but the repeated problems mean I have now moved our business elsewhere permanently.
