The Order and upload process was simple. I will add a further review as the process goes on.

I operate a small food supplement company, for which fast labels was our label supplier spanning across perhaps 15 months. or so.

The label quality and shipping was usually pretty good when issues didn't occur, but they frequently did.

Their invoicing software is buggy and cannot calculate discounts and VAT correctly, we initially had back and fourths with them to get corrected invoices, but it was actually easier to make manual journal entries for our accounts in the end on that.

On many occasions, orders fell short on the number of labels delivered, they did make up for it each time, but it was majorly disruptive for us.

They didn't ever provide delivery notes in label deliveries, despite multiple request for them to provide this.

The final straw was when they provided labels on rolls to a manufacturer of ours, and the specifications of the rolls were different to each other (within the same order). They wouldn't compensate on this occasion, so we changed our label supplier for good.

It would have been 5* if it hadn't been for the significant difficulties I experienced with my initial order, which had made me wary of dealing with the Company. However, some time later I was contacted by customer service, with the intention to ensure my concerns were addressed to my full satisfaction - which they subsequently were. Based on the outcome, I can definitely recommend this company.

Its been almost a month that i ordered my labels and they still have not been delivered!!!

I thought you called this service "fast labels"!!! This is more of "slow" labels and I am disappointed to say the least .

We spoke to many companies before choosing this one. As a Uk based printing company we put all our trust into Fast Labels. They talked us through how to do a mock up draft of a label and even sent us a sample pack to show us different styles and designs. We choose a label that really stood out that we are very happy with. The labels arrived and the quality and colour of printing is to a high standard costing a fraction of the cost of bespoke custom boxes. Labels super but DPD delivery took 3 tries, their service terrible no comlaint procedure for failed deliveties I had to go back to Fast Labels twice to get my parcel
