Fast turn-around, no fuss.
Exactly as ordered.

I placed an order on Sunday with delivery expected by Thursday. When nothing arrived, I contacted the company only to be told that my order was not even on their system, despite payment having already been taken.

I explained I urgently needed the items before Monday, otherwise they would be of no use. I was told by Bethan they would “fast track” the order at no extra charge, but by that point the order was already significantly delayed. As of today, it still has not arrived.

For a company that promotes itself around speed, the service has been anything but fast. Losing a paid order and only reacting once chased is not acceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Great Labels and great service

Another company had done a poor job with labels we needed for an upcoming event, I contacted Fast Labels hoping they could help at short notice and they were incredible. Alex was so friendly and they got us high quality labels in time for the event, will definitely use them again

Just ordered 100 labels for small glass bottles ( whisky)!!-process was easy to do as was uploading the photograph to go on the label.
If they turn out as good as I hope and think they will be a great gift for my golf Captain’s Day!!

I originally ordered from this company as a last resort.. however on returning they are my 1st resort, and I am really happy with the care and attention they have given to me as a small new business with attention to detail, pricing and the urgency of getting my order to me in a timely way. None of this ...you'll have to wait. They even have a super fast service where you can pay to get your product super quick. Love this.

Really straight forward ordering system. Clear options in a logical order. Easy upload. Been dreading ordering these labels but all done in a few clicks! Time to enjoy my cuppa and sneaky Christmas chocolate now I have unexpected time to spare! Thank you!

Im going to start from today and evry single day Im going to write a bad review for this company ,till Im going to have my refund . I ordered some labbles I was waiting 3 weeks and I didn't receve enithing .I made pfone calls and they told me verry nice on a phone for about another 2 weeks refund has been made on 18th November but I still didn't receve my refund .
This is the worst company I ever found on internet .

I needed some labels to notify a change of address on Xmas cards, etc. I was originally going to buy a stamp but then wondered if it was possible to get some cheap, custom-printed, adhesive labels instead. Came across these guys. Received the labels well within the time quoted. Price was very reasonable. Quality is superb. Great company!

Fast labels are not just fast, the labels are high quality and the service is easy to use online, with proofing and really good customer care. Georgia was very helpful with my query on the telephone today. I'm now a repeat customer – service, product and price are great! We ordered waterproof labels.

Fast Labels have been a pleasure to deal with this week and have delivered what they promised they would.

As a graphic designer, I always get strict deadlines from clients, and turnaround times were really tight for this project. I needed 6 sets of custom labels, so after a quick Google, called Fast Labels. I Initially spoke with Fabian who was SUPER helpful, gave me great quotes and said he would investigate if what I needed could be achieved.

From there, throughout production I spoke with both Georgia and Jodi in support, who were both great.

Georgia in particular was REALLY helpful, making sure my client's deadlines could be hit, and asking the production manager to make sure things were kept on top of.

I really, really appreciate all the support in getting this done on time, and the communication and help received has been stellar.

I will most certainly return again as a customer, and would recommend the business, and these team members very highly! Thank you so much! Dan

Lawrence was super helpful dealing with my invoice error. His response was super speedy and everything got resolved in a few mins.

Absolutely fantastic service from Georgia today. I made a mistake with my order and forgot to add numbering to the instructions. By the time I realised the order had already been printed. Georgia sorted a reprint for me with a small uplift to account for the numbering. Excellent service. I have used Fast Labels for years and I can thoroughly recommend them.
