If you are looking to sell your house quickly then fast sale today are great.
We knew we would have to accept an offer that was less than we would receive on the open market but we needed this done quickly as we wanted the money out. The team were very helpful and friendly and the whole thing took 4 weeks. Shannon was particularly helpful when we had questions and talking us through the process.

Nikita was very helpful and efficient in getting the sale progressed quickly and tied up in just 2 weeks, which is brilliant! It would be a pleasure to be able to work with her and the team again.

What an utter waste of time! This company have strung me along for a month now, offered 30k less than the potential value of my property (not the issue, I was prepared for this for a quick sale) and now, have come back and dropped out altogether. It makes me wonder if they're pulling some sort of a scam somehow.

A hassle free experience from the beginning. I had shopped around for a few of these fast house sale companies as I needed to sell quickly and the Fast Sale Today team were able to provide me with the quickest sale and fairest price. I was dreading having to speak to solicitors but they handled all of the faff, they got out couriers for me and worked to my schedule. We were really worried with the current market about being stuck with the house for god knows how long and now all that stress is gone. A big thank you to Amy for getting us through this!

I needed to achieve a speedy and steadfast sale on my beautiful cottage in order to secure my next renovation project. I accept that Fast Sale may offer under market valuation but the price they offered was a constant. In these less than certain times that is a significant benefit. The staff are their biggest asset. Jason in sales and Amy who walked every way of the process with me are a credit to the company. Even though it’s not for everyone there are times when the service provided by Fast Sale is bang on the money.

As per other people leaving reviews do not trust these cowboys they will waste your time and make any excuse to not be transparent. They will mess you around and tell you your property has issue such as saying we have a Tennant. Which turns out is our daughter taking day off work the stuff they make up is nonsense then say the offer we stayed now has to be lowered by £4ok. Stay well clear absolute cowboys

Complete waste of time, made an offer of £289,000, started the process, then they said they revalued to £263,500, they then said a RICS surveyor said the road was busy and the living room was small, so said the offer was now £220,000, what a load of rubbish, measured traffic flow for the last few days, average traffic passing my property was 5/6 per hour and in fact when the surveyor was here no cars passed in the 10mins they were here, complete waste of time DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE

I didn't think I would be in a position to use fast sale today and didn't know that companies like this existed. I had to use fast sale in difficult circumstances but they were great. Helped me through and kept me updated the whole way through

I was a bit dubious about selling my house in this fashion, as you do read all the stories online. However, my experience was quite pleasant. My property was bought within 3 weeks, after my previous buyer went AWOL weeks before exchange. I wouldn't have been able to buy my onward otherwise, so I have no complaints.

This company is anything but fast and I am surprised it’s legal for it to be in operation. Be warned they offer sensible offers until their “independent” RICS surveyor carries out a survey, at which point the price drops drastically. I know their RICS surveyor is not a credit one because my property had been valued twice (for mortgage purposes) by two other RICS surveyors in the weeks prior. The surveyor picked up on points such as the property is too small for lenders to lend - as a mortgage broker who has also remortgaged the property three times previously I know this was dishonest feedback. A local estate agent has also sold two other properties in the block for one third more of the price they were offering within the last couple of weeks, so they effectively offered me 35% of the value of the property. The excuse of, “we need a profit margin to sell on for a profit” is completely inaccurate. They obviously take pray on vulnerable consumers. Please avoid this company if you can. There are lots of other companies who are much more reputable and fair. Regardless of their response to my feedback this is a genuine review, steer clear.

Hi, I used Fast Sale in a complex situation when I needed to sell quickly for personal reasons. They were accommodating and efficient in dealing with all issues — lawyers, tenants, etc. — and we completed in the two months. I’ve got around 12% less than the market, but the certainty that the house would be sold in my timeframe was more important to me—my stress went down from about 8 (out of 10) to 3 after they started the process! So if you are looking for a fast, hassle-free sale and don’t mind a bit lower than the market price, they will get it done smoothly and professionally.

Needed to sell my parents property quickly. They did not pay market value however the speed and ease of the process more then made up for that. The communication was great with no time wasted.
