Poor service
I visited beccles fatface on tuesday and the service was terrible, I picked up the wrong size clothing and the lady behind the counter with a scottish accent offered no assistance, just put the top down and left it, was such a shame as usually such amazing staff

Good service
Having ordered a number of jumpers, I only kept one. While I ordered online, I returned them to the shop in Beccles. They were helpful and there was no problem.

I visited the beccles branch last week
I visited the beccles branch last week, and while usually greeted with a really happy friendly team, I was greeted with a rude lady who wasn’t up for even listening to anything I needed to say. It has left me with a sour taste in my mouth and not wanting to come back. When asked her name it was ally. I’m disheartened as I love your clothes. But very disappointed.

I had a good customer service in Beccles where I had to take a dress back no problem then asked why did I return it not a good size Then was told the size I needed had gone in the sale so bought that one happy days.
