I purchased a top on 9th November to be delivered to my local store. As of today, 17th November I have still not received any notification and am unable to find out where it is. Fatface have taken my money for an item and not delivered it.

Easy to navigate website. Ordering system very easy to use and products delivered as promised. Returned one of the items ordered online to a store which was handled with great customer service (Chester City Centre store). Member of staff very pleasant and helpful.

Good products however fatface are becoming more expensive and this has to be looked at or profitability will be affected by more products going into sale

I like fat face clothing but I don’t like their customer service at all.
It happened to me twice that full order wasn’t delivered. First time they promptly Desptached it second time the customer services simply told me everything was delivered when I told them a dress and slippers were not delivered .
They initially told me that they investigate with the warehouse which can take 5 days or so but after the call they straight away emailed me saying all items were delivered , I asked for proof and never heard back.
I paid £69 for the dress and around £25 for slippers which I never received.
I am very annoyed but I like fat face clothing and in future I will only go to the store not online.
I am not saying there service is always bad but my experience was very poor
