I like fat face clothing but I don’t like their customer service at all.
It happened to me twice that full order wasn’t delivered. First time they promptly Desptached it second time the customer services simply told me everything was delivered when I told them a dress and slippers were not delivered .
They initially told me that they investigate with the warehouse which can take 5 days or so but after the call they straight away emailed me saying all items were delivered , I asked for proof and never heard back.
I paid £69 for the dress and around £25 for slippers which I never received.
I am very annoyed but I like fat face clothing and in future I will only go to the store not online.
I am not saying there service is always bad but my experience was very poor

The shop did not have the size I wanted in stock so the assistant suggested I order it on line and come back to shop to collect it . I was told my purchase would arrive within 2 to 5 days.I am pleased to say it arrived 2 days later . I am totally satisfied with my purchase .
