I had an email to say it was ready to…
I had an email to say it was ready to pick up from store after a certain time, however, it was not. I will have to make another journey into town which is not easy and wasted time and money. Staff were not overly helpful.

My order took much longer than anticipated and this was exacerbated by it initially having been sent to the wrong branch for collection.

Bad service. Delay after delay
I have not had the item yet. It was delayed after I arranged for it to be collected. Then it was sent to the wrong store. I am still waiting for a email telling me it is at the store I want to collect it from. I ordered it over a week ago and still waiting. What is going on?

FF offer a wide range of affordable…
FF offer a wide range of affordable good quality clothing. Most shops are spacious, staff are always friendly and helpful and the whole shopping experience is pleasurable and trustworthy.
My only criticism is the fading of clothing subjected to too much sunlight, T shirts and shorts are largely troublesome and this has been disappointing on a number of purchases in recent years.
