Prompt delivery, very nice and helpful sales assistants at East Grinstead shop. The reason for giving 4 stars- sizes of your clothes (men’s tops) not accurate at all.

Just visited FatFace in East Grinstead, in a hurry, as going away shortly!
Hence I needed some help! I was instantly greeted by ALEX, such a fantastic and knowledgeable member of Staff!!! She soon had me trying on many combinations of clothes, which I would never have thought of!!!
I came out with a FULL bag and very very very Happy!!!! ❤️ Alex

I go in my local Fat Face & buy on line sometimes if something not in store. Always polite, go out of there way to help, match things up for me. They have taken notice of what i like, my style in my local branch in East Grinstead. Excellent service

Really nice top. Ideal for mid season. Very pleased that fat face offers click and collect - and gives reminders re actually collecting. Staff friendly and efficient. Thank you! Except that all the new stock was very tempting while I was in the shop waiting for my parcel! Had to exert a lot of self control not to buy anything else!

The assistant manager in my East Grinstead store gave great customer service and she became my own personal styler and gave me lots of ideas which clothes suited me and how to wear them - eg how to tuck in the tops to make them look more stylish and she did a great job of choosing clothes I would never have thought would have suited me, but looked great on! So a big thank you to her and the rest of the staff there. They are always polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Second time I ordered on-line and second time no correspondence from the company. Had arranged for items to be sent to my local store and had to go in to try and find out where they were. Both times they were in store but no details or acknowledgement they had arrived. A lovely assistant helped me and took the time to found my order. What makes me laugh is finding an email from Fat Face the following morning asking me to leave a review when I had no correspondence from them before!! Definitely room for improvement.

I have been shopping in my local FF store regularly since it opened over 10 years ago. I love the jeans, shirts and sweatshirts and have bought many there. Part of the appeal is the friendly and helpful staff who have always gone out of their way to help me find what I want and who are always there to advise. Carry on the good work!

Received great customer service at FatFace in East Grinstead today. Even though it was a few minutes to closing time the two lady assistants were very pleasant and welcoming, helping me to make my choice. Had just been into White Stuff a few doors away and the moment I walked into the store the lady told me they were soon closing ( it was as 5.15 and I’m aware of the closing time but didn’t stay more than a minute as I felt unwelcome). I’d made my purchase in Fat Face by 5.27 ( time on receipt) yet didn’t feel hurried by the staff. Nice to feel your custom is welcomed. Thank you .

The ordering process was quick and easy. Ordering to store allowed me to try on and then return on the spot for a refund for those items that did not fit. Shop staff were really friendly and helpful

I had the best visit ever to FatFace East Grinstead last week! I hadn't been shopping for at least 3 years, and was basically in desperate need of new clothes, for various reasons, and Alex (one of the ladies that works there) was brilliant. She essentially became my personal shopper!! She was helpful, honest, fun and lovely! I walked away with lots of great new clothes. I have always been a fan of FatFace clothes.
Very happy, and so grateful to Alex. Such a fun experience!

Every time I visit the East Grinstead branch I receive excellent personal service. Nothing is too much trouble for example Sharon searched out numerous hats for me to try on. The suggestions they make are really helpful and I feel as though they really care about the customer they are serving . I’ve popped into other branches elsewhere and whilst the goods are the same the service isn’t as good… glad you’re my local store! Thank you
