Efficient delivery.
Good quality clothes

My local branch is in East Grinstead. The staff there are always welcoming and extremely helpful. It’s a store where you can browse around without being pestered by staff but they are there with smiles and help should I need it. I go there regularly to see what’s in store, primarily for men’s shirts and my wife buys the occasional top. The staff are great to have a joke and a chat with, especially Allison.

My items were delivered to store within 3 days of ordering they were well packed and arrived in good order. Staff were friendly and helpful when I collected my packages. In all a quick and efficient service will certainly use click and collect for my next order.

Exactly the item I wanted. Not in stock the size needed. BUT the sales assistant went far beyond good. She was able to order 1 online for me to be delivered to the store. She was on her, but she dealt with my sale in a very professional and upbeat way. I left the store with a smile on my face. She is a great asset to your company.

My daughter lives in East Grinstead and everytime I visit I buy a few items of clothing in the sale in this store not only is it well stocked the staff are fantastic especially Alison who is helpful, kind, super friendly, love going on there .

Shopping at Fat Face is a really nice experience. Friendly and helpful staff - without being ‘pushy’. Good quality and well made clothes and styles suitable for all ages and shapes.

Visited your East Grinstead store today a bit apprehensive as I had a couple of items that had been bought for me as birthday gifts that i needed to exchange and didn’t have any receipts. Shouldn’t have worried though as the ladies in the store where more than helpful and sorted out the exchange without any of the usual problems i have had in other stores in the past. Great service and with a smile too which always helps. Thanks.

Got 2 for the price of one in the Sale!!

Went into my local Fatface in East Grinstead at the start of the sale and bought 2 pairs of trousers which are really lovely. Unfortunately the top that I wanted to go with them was not in my size and was advised by the staff to order on-line as soon as possible as items seem to go very quickly. Did this and received my top a few days later and am very pleased with all my items overall.

Had a great experience at Fatface in East Grinstead today. The staff, Rebecca and Allison were VERY helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I have no interest of buying online as I like to support local shops and prefer the experience of looking in the shop, being able to see and touch the quality of items I wish to buy. It all adds to a good shopping experience and I look forward to going back.

I recently popped into the East Grinstead store to take advantage of the sale, I didn’t realise at the time that there was an extra 20% off too - what a treat!
I was served by Vicky who was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. The store was very busy but the staff were making sure that all the customers had what they needed, informing them of the 20% off.
It was a thoroughly pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning.
