Easy to order. Able to collect from shop of my choice. Quick delivery. Friendly staff.

Staff. Are very helpful if want something and not my size they order it.

Order sweatshirt was delivered into local store within a couple of days, staff at Ipswich helpful as usual. I liked the sweatshirt but the colour didn't look right for me.

What an amazing store this is! The staff go above and beyond to help choose some lovely outfits.

Great quality items less than half price in the sale. Free delivery to the store with excellent updates throughout making my shopping experience stress free.

Very pleased with what I bought at fatface but very disappointed with the service.
I was asked if I wanted a bag I said no thank you, I had one, but was still charged as the sales person presumably only heard the 'thank you'. When she realised her mistake she simply told me she couldn't refund it now. I said she absolutely could as it was her mistake but she said she couldn't and any way it would go to charity making me feel even more annoyed. That's should be my choice. It really wasn't about 20p obviously, it was her unwillingness to be helpful and instead doubling down. Good service is so important even on the little things.

Very polite, friendly staff and always willing to help you if needed. No issues with collections or returns.

Well made, stylish clothing, excellent customer service

Disappointed to find that the slippers I ordered have some animal content. This was not mentioned on your website when I ordered and they are a present for a Vegan! Just hoping they will still be acceptable.

Purchased some trousers online as they were unavailable in the shop. The assistant kindly looked them up to ensure they were in stock for me, she was also really friendly. She offered to have them delivered to the store for free, but unfortunately I needed them delivered to my home. Very good of her to offer.

Service in the store was exceptional,

Item sold out on line and in sale , so not hopeful in getting , but staff advised at Ipswich branch to keep an eye on web site ……. Success ! The sales assistant also took trouble to ring other stores . Really impressed with service. Would also like to commend Woodbridge branch staff too when I collected item .
The dress is fabulous . Am 5ft 2 and went for the regular length as preferred at ankle , but a short fit was available . Multi coloured so goes with lots of other coloured accessories. Am size 10 and normally would size down with Fat face ,but bodice was ruched so better fit . A dress that won’t crease too. Beautiful and less than half price .
Again , customer care excellent .

Shopped at Fat Face for years - excellent consistent quality and service. Used their click and collect service this time, but shop in store and use delivery to home as well. Ipswich store is great.

I had a great experience at Fatface Ipswich from staff Emily Beth Geogia and Jess today. They acted like a team in the store which is unusual, greeted me, referred me to colleagues, smiles, seemed interested and gave great advice. As a result I went away with shoes and a jumpsuit and very happy at the experience I had

Easy to find products on the website, I ordered on the Outlet page and delivery to store. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and it arrived in store on the day I chose. Only downside was fact it was available to collect from 16:00, I was hoping it’d be from midday. Sales assistant was really friendly & items were packed well. The tops I ordered fit lovely & are exactly as described on the website. I would definitely order online again but will select a day of delivery at least a day before I need it or when I could collect. They do keep in store for 7 days though after delivery.

I was getting desperate as I couldn’t find an outfit for a wedding in June but as soon as I walked into FatFace Ipswich I was treated like a VIP. I was greeted by Emily who became my personal shopper finding numerous outfits she thought would suit me. Much to my relief the dress I instantly fell in love with was perfect. When I went to pay Emily noticed my NHS badge and asked if I have a BlueLight card which I do, so an added bonus of 20% off. The service was brilliant and I will definitely be visiting there again.

Ordered online using click and collect. The process was easy to do and my order was delivered to my selected store. Pleased how quickly it arrived
