Order sweatshirt was delivered into local store within a couple of days, staff at Ipswich helpful as usual. I liked the sweatshirt but the colour didn't look right for me.

Friendly and welcoming staff
Staff in the store were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome. As a result I purchased more items than I intended to as I felt at ease to browse and not be rushed.

FatFace Ipswich - A great store!
A visit to FatFace (Ipswich store) is always a great shopping experience, the staff are always so lovely, they're super helpful if something is out of stock etc.
I have had the pleasure of being served by Bridgett a few times now, she's a great asset to the team as extremely bubbly & great to chat to! :-)

Review for the sales lady at the Fat Face shop in Ipswich Suffolk. After a hard day at work I dropped into the shop to look at some dresses.
