Love Fatface! Bought the Teigan waterproof coat in teal - lots of pockets and plenty of room to wear big winter jumpers underneath. Gorgeous colour and adjustable hood for our lovely winter weather!

Ordered on line and received prompt response with collection date from my chosen store. The young lady assistant was really good. Polite and friendly. I was able to try them on and was delighted with the fit and quality. Strongly recommend.

Tailored customer service
Visited the Leeds Thorpe park store looking for a wedding guest outfit, after explaining to a young lady working there the colour scheme I was aiming for she gave me multiple options, explaining which dresses were popular and which were in the offer.
Lovely to have this customer service while shopping nowadays

FatFace has brilliant clothing quality…
FatFace has brilliant clothing quality and helpful staff, but my experience wasn't perfect. My order wasn’t confirmed as arrived, and the shipping packaging (a plastic bag) caused issues. While the items were untouched, it could've been more secure. Sizes run small, but the sale prices were a positive. Mixed feelings overall.
