Love the cosy feel to all the clothes! I love that it's not cheap but not too expensive either! Staff are very lovely in the store, specifically one gentleman didn't get his name but he had a cool style and had worn cool earrings

Great product at a great price
I was unable to initially collect my order as I had covid. I phoned the shop and the person who answered could not have been nicer or more empathetic. I was able to collect my order when feeling better and am very happy with the changing robe I ordered for my son.

Free collection from store and great sale prices.
Free collection from named store as my order was below the threshold for free home delivery and the items I ordered were at very good sale prices. Didn’t receive my normal email notification of the sale, so wasn’t aware of the sale until I browsed online. Otherwise great sale and very helpful and courteous staff at the Lichfield store.

Ab fab store manager in Lichfield
An ab fab store manager in Lichfield! So friendly and helpful. I popped in a few days earlier to collect my order but it hadn't arrived and once I got a notification email I went to collect it and the manager remembered me and grabbed my parcel without asking :)
