Ab fab store manager in Lichfield
An ab fab store manager in Lichfield! So friendly and helpful. I popped in a few days earlier to collect my order but it hadn't arrived and once I got a notification email I went to collect it and the manager remembered me and grabbed my parcel without asking :)

Great shopping on the high street.
I started shopping with Fat Face last year. I’m a high street shopper, love our store in Lichfield. Really nice team, friendly helpful and fun. What more can you ask for. I have to shop on line sometimes when stock not available in store. Lovely styles colours and more important to me natural fabrics. All round awesome.

Perfect fit for holidays
I ordered 2 dresses online which arrived promptly. They fit perfectly and exactly what I had been looking for with holidays in mind. I then ordered a third dress which I collected in store (Lichfield branch) where staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ordered online as unfortunately didn't have size needed in store. Staff really helpful, checked other local stores and online for stock levels. Lovely customer service when collecting order from store too.
