Lovely staff
I visited the Market Harborough store today and as usual had excellent service from the staff, so friendly and helpful. Becky and Bea in particular could teach other stores a thing or two about Customer Service! I will certainly be coming back ☺️

Customer service! I do not appreciate the greeting from the (male) member of staff of ‘hey mate, y’alright’ when I approach the till.
This is not how you should be speaking to customers.

Great service. My second pair of these sandals they are so comfy and I managed to bag them in the sale 🙌🏼
I collected instore ordered2 sizes just to be sure. The staff were so helpful and friendly dealing with the returned pair.

Smooth and easy transaction
Prompt delivery to store with ‘click and collect’ option. Nice to be able to use changing rooms in case there’s a sizing issue, allowing easy returns in store if there is a problem. (Not on this occasion).

Would have scored Zero but that’s unavailable! Market Harborough fat face, refused return bought before Christmas. I accept item is outside of return date but no flexibility, have spent thousands there over the years. Absolute refusal. Items still available so it’s not even as though they’re out of season.
Person dealing gave obtuse answer when asked if still selling - “not many left now”.
Was entirely happy to take a gift card to reuse in the shop.
V disappointed after many years of previously good service and flexibility

Please note that we did run an extended returns policy, that ran until 11th January for Christmas purchased items.
Unfortunately, we cannot extend this any longer, as we gave a large amount of time for items to be brought back.

Great, helpful, friendly staff
I don’t shop much with FatFace since they closed our store in Leicester. If I know I am going to be near a branch I order online, try on in store and return unwanted items at the same time. I have a disability, and the help I get in Market Harborough is superb. The quality of the clothes and prices are good too!

Market Harborough store - Fantastic customer service!
I visited the Market Harborough store this afternoon with my little girl. Tori was friendly and helpful from the start, and spent time talking to my very chatty little girl about computer games whilst I tried on and paid for a top. It made my life so much easier!
