Brilliant clothing.
Brilliant website. Very clear and helpful.
Clothes are amazing quality so price reflects that. Everyone that receives a fat face present is very happy. Jumpers and sweatshirts bought this time for all men as presents. Amazing items so well made and always a bit different to elsewhere.
Staff in every shop I’ve been in are always lovely. Never ever had a grumpy member of staff.
NORTHALLERTON in particular always lovely even when phoning them.
Please don’t close Northallerton.

The delivery to store was good
The delivery to store was good. Your estimate of my size at a 10 was a size out, I needed an 8 which fortunately I could try on in store. The colour was not the grey which I expected, part of the check it was cream which I would not have ordered. The quality of the material was not what I expected.
Fortunately the staff instore were very helpful and did everything they could to help. I could return I store as I had payed via PayPal so had to queue at the Post Office. Not something to do at Christmas! Will think twice before doing this again.

Always reliable
Have shopped at Fat Face for years. In this case had to order on line - quick and easy to arrange pick up from store and kept advised at each stage. Product is good quality and competitively priced. Helpful staff at store.

The boots were fine they just didn’t fit , it was the return experience that was a nightmare.I bought the boots online so I returned to my local store to return , I had paid part gift card and part cash the man behind the counter made it sound like that was a problem but proceeded to put some money back on a gift card , he then handed me it I said I paid the majority in cash so thought I would get cash and gift card back he said oh well you will probs spend the card any way which wasn’t the point but I didn’t want to cause a scene very disappointing

I couldn’t find what I’d previously seen in store, customer service was really helpful, showing alternatives then helping to order on line. Delivery is free from an in store purchase, which I didn’t know, first class.
