Tried to work with debt recovery agencies in the past with no success or positive results. Federal have been the polar opposite. They work with us and make sure our interests are looked after. This is exactly the type of debt recovery service we need. Each payment is carefully detailed in invoices and sent to us quickly.

As small family business

We got a recommendation to contact federal about their services and we decided to take the plunge on a few accounts that were basically in a cul-de-sac situation. 6 dusty old invoices have been turned into monies returned to out account and we now wish to recommend their competent debt collection services to others.

The never ending stress of invoices not getting paid was draining myself and our credit control team. Upon recommendation, we contacted Federal Managment for assistance.
