Chasing unpaid invoices was causing me massive stress. I didn’t want to go down the court route as the waiting time is months plus the legal costs are crippling. I had federal recommended to me by our trade association.
I was waiting on an insurance pay-out and despite assurances and promises it never materialised. I tasked Federal with chasing the debt for me and within 30 days they have somehow recovered the full amount owed to me.

As a small family company
As a small family company, we needed a professional debt recovery company to use on a ad-hoc basis. The other stipulation is that they would act in a professional and not verly aggressive way. We went to federal management after reading a business article on line how they have helped other SMEs in the UK. They have been very good for us and get the job done at small cost with providing us with a professional service.

I was a little hesitant of using a Debt…
I was a little hesitant of using a Debt Collection company if im honest prior to working with federal management. I need not have been as they have been super professional and business like since the word go.
All communications are conducted with dignity and professionalism in addition to getting the tasks and recoveries completed in s small window frame time wise.
My one complaint would be that I have not used FM’s services sooner.

wow what a company i spoke with a gentleman called Tony, very down to earth and talked through the debt collection process. did not ask foe any fees. spoke in plain English and even went to the trouble of what to do if the customer does not pay with a PDF of the debtors details. make this your first call thank you very much Tony

I'll keep it brief. Our company was being overrun with overdue invoices that hadn't been paid with some a sold as 2020. Our Accountant put us on to Federal management to help turn things around.
Federal have been fantastic for us so far, recovering the large majority of what we have been owed. A six figure sum has been returned to us within a short timeframe that just wouldn't have been paid otherwise. First class debt recovery service is the best term for this company.
