dude i really wish there was negative stars, i ordered this adapter from ebay urgently, it was said to come 5 days after, its been more than 11days and i have no idea where my package is, just a horredous delivery service, jesus christ.

Would leave less than one start they…

Would leave less than one start they are terrible.
Tell you to use there delivery management system (doesn't work, even comes up error on there texts)
Tells you can sign online but you can't. Tell you they've attempted delivery whilst your stood on your doorstep never seeing a van. Try to call and get ai wall blocked.
Will officially never use a seller using fed ex again.
Could have walked to the shop (over 100mile away) and back multiple times by now

Avoid if you can

In the house, went to vote separately so someone was in. Door open so we would hear anyone knock. Found a card saying they missed us. So after waiting a day when they failed to deliver, then staying in today when they said we were not here, we now have to stay in tomorrow any time up until 6pm. I hate them with a passion that's hard to articulate. Companies should say who will deliver their goods so we can avoid garbage like this.

Deserve no stars

Paid for next day delivery for a really important piece that was urgently needed only to get a “We couldn’t deliver your parcel” notice. Couldn’t be bothered more likely. Shocking company and the TrustPilot average score says it all. A company that could not care less about logistics.

I wish it was possible to give them ZERO stars

This relates to FedEx Cross Borders who have now ‘lost’ all 3 orders that I have placed with the same organisation - I’ve placed 3 order because they’ve ‘lost’ the previous order and had to reorder. The 4th and most recent order placed on 24th April magically seems to be ‘going to be delivered today’ yet again so I have to wait another 3 working days in case it’s delayed. The supplier’s pov was that they successfully delivered 90% of their orders but my pov is that they’ve lost 100% of my orders.

I wish there was an option for zero stars.

Do not use this company !

Do not use this company !
They run via a calendar not a clock so you don’t get your item when they say you will.
4 hour slot to deliver item.
It takes 2 hours to fly to Greece and 2 hours to fly back 4216 miles in the slot time you are given.
20 mins from Barnsley FedEx to Sheffield 16 miles and you get a four hour slot that they cannot do.
Do not use this company rubbish, rubbish, rubbish

LATE DELIVERY

i had an email stating my delivery would be between 09.50am and 1.50 pm i wasted a whole day waiting for it....i had one update stating it woud be delivered before 22pm...upon checking it is now HOPEFULLY going to be delivered tomorrow....NOT HAPPY !!! ps...91% of customers only giveone star....thats gotta be a warning

Terrible

I should have got my delivery 2 weeks ago and nothing has come through.
No idea what the issue is but can’t speak to anyone just automated answering when I called.
The worst courier ever in my opinion, do not use them, if I had know the retailer I ordered from was using them I would not have ordered the goods.

Fedex are the type of delivery firm that will put people off purchasing online. Recently purchased a small item via ebay and have had 8 days of promises but rearranged delivery times. Nothing so i have cancelled.

I received a notification from FedEx…

I received a notification from FedEx informing me that they were going to deliver my parcel on 30th April but they never delivered it.

When I called them the next day to enquire they said that the delivery date had been changed. It had not been changed by me, they changed it themselves and didn’t even tell me. They then said they would deliver on the 1st May between 9:30 am and 1:30pm.

At 1pm I called them and they said the date had been changed again to the 5th May.

Eventually, I had to go to their offices to collect my parcel myself. It’s the worst delivery company I have dealt with and I would never recommend them.

Appalling service by Fedex

Appalling service by Fedex! I was given an initial delivery date of Monday 27th April between 9.30-1.30pm, receiving an email and text alert from Fedex of this, I took half a days leave from work to sit in and wait, no delivery by 2pm and therefore had to return into work. Received a text alert later at 3.30pm to advise on an attempted delivery, I called the Fedex customer service number, explained the failure of Fedex to deliver in the given time slot and missed delivery, advised i needed a time slot more suited to work hours, Fedex kindly gave me a time slot of between 5pm-8pm for Tuesday 28th, I receive a text around 2pm on the Tuesday to say Fedex attempted to deliver, I once again called Fedex customer services back to re book for Wednesday 29th, they advised delivery between 6pm -10pm they also raised the issue internally and I then receive an email from a Fedex customer care representative based in Gateshead, advised her on the repeat failed delivery's by Fedex and she kindly advises she will re schedule, I advise i can not take any further time off work this week but will take the following Tuesday 5th May morning off again and if delivery can once again be provided in the 9.30-1.30 slot originally provided, she agrees to arrange this and to get back to me (I had already attempted to divert this delivery to nearest drop off point but this wouldn’t allow me nor would it allow the Fedex customer rep to divert to drop off point!) On Friday I receive a call from the Fedex depot in Hornsey, London to ask do I want this delivered? i explain in full on the incompetence of her company only to be told delivery slots aren't actually available and the parcel is not booked or scheduled in for delivery on Tuesday the 5th, she further advised the slot Fedex gave me for 27th Monday, 9.30-1.30 is non existent as they dont provide these slots, I was affectively provided with inaccurate and non existent delivery slots all week, wasting time off work. Two separate Fedex customer care workers providing completely non existent bookings or bookings that they haven't passed to the Fedex delivery depot…..the one star is for the depot worker in Hornsey who called me on the Friday, i was about to ask her to burn my parcel at this point, she kindly arranged for the delivery next day Saturday. Fedex have no internal communication, providing false bookings slots that are non existent and have completely wasted my time, the company is chaotic!

Terrible. I asked for delivery to somewhere I can go and pick up my package, since I am not at home. They even gave me a date to pick up. But they delivered to my house and now, since I am not in, it could easily be stolen. I will not be in for four days! What a horrible company.

“We are not able to retrieve your package”

I purchased an item on Ebay. The seller sent the correct details and product for FedEx to handle. FedEx delivered the item to a different, unidentified address. The delivery photo did not match my property. I opened a case and provided details. After 3 hours, they closed my case due to “exhausting search options, we are not able to retrieve your package”. I have proof that this wasn’t the seller’s fault.

Masters of Attempted delivery

My husband waited for the delivery , only to receive a false claim of a 'delivery attempt' by email, nothing through the letterbox from the alleged attempted deliverer of course. Furthermore the website makes it practically impossible to complain, feedback through limited positive or at best neutral box ticking is offered; indicating a culture cheerfully built around not listening to customers and the resultant poor service and untruths . Edit: just received a photograph of delivery.Curiously It's not of my very distinctive front door, furthermore it does not resemble any sort of habitation ,not sure what it is ..could possibly be a hazy picture of a galaxy , possibly Fedex's home galaxy ?

It's FEDEX - The words that fill me with Dread when awaiting a delivery

It's FEDEX, they are terrible, they let you down, what do you expect - Item delayed, weather blamed, weather was 16 degrees and fine. They then stated it would be here before 12, so I waited in on the day we were due to go away as I urgently needed the item.
12 came and went, no parcel, impossible to speak to anyone other than a totally useless bot - Must be the worst of a bad bunch of delivery companies
