18th of March 2026…

My Parcel was due to be delivered on the 18th of March. Tracking said it's been in local delivery depot since 16th of March. It's now the 24th of March. The tracking has gone haywire with an exclamation mark. I decided to go out to Fedex at the airport on the 23rd of March. The customer "no service guy" said it's in the system somewhere but did not know when it would be delivered. He said it was not " here though" I then went to Tallaght warehouse and a much more helpful chap checked and he said the parcel actually was in Airways. He just lied to me to get rid of me.
An absolutely appealing company to deal with!!!!! Never Again.

Use a reputable carrier instead, like DPD

Been unfortunate to have items handled by these clowns a few times in the past. Same comments I gather from the majority of reviews on this page....scheduled delivery dates missed, customer not at home, etc, etc. Its happened pretty much every time. At the moment in fact I have an item lying in a Dublin Warehouse since Thursday last, was supposed to be with me Friday, no sign if it so now I'll get it Monday at the earliest. That's 4 days they've been ars*ing about with my stuff and I'm only an hour away. Rubbish!

Really terrible service

Really terrible service, I ordered something March 8, it made it through Europe no problem until it hit Ireland, now its going back and forward to Dublin and Kilkenny depots for the last 3 days, every day, the notification says it will be delivered today, then nothing, then delivered the next day etc, someone obviously doesn't know where Meath is located. Communication is rubbish, ill be contacting the seller for a refund if it doesn't arrive before the end of the week.

If I could rate FedEx less than one…

If I could rate FedEx less than one star, I would. Absolute rubbish Company. Was meant to receive a FedEx package today via TNT by 6 pm. Waited around all day. It left Netherlands at 6.00 pm yesterday and arrived this morning at 6.19 am to Santry depot, so far very efficient. It’s been sitting there all day with no action! Tried calling and got a virtual assistant, can’t speak to a real person as I don’t have an account as I’m only the receiver! Sent them an email and received an automated email they will get back to me within 24 hours! Useless company and firmly recommend use anybody but them. Things going great until FedEx got involved.

Fed ex have a scam where you pay the amount listed on the invoice then they have an extra amount listed out of view on the invoice to a debt collecting agency who then add on an additional amount and send a letter demanding payment. The proceeds are presumably shared between the agency and fed ex. Absolutely criminal. Never buy anything delivered through fed ex.

They have no Customer Service

They have no Customer Service, absolutely none. Do not respond to any emails and they cannot be contacted. They are always right. Paid a bill the only way I could because I could not do it there way, it’s impossible. Then they keep hounding you for payment.

What an absolute disgrace of a company

What an absolute disgrace of a company, ignoring a customer for over 4 months that was trying to get in touch with you because you messed up taxes and duties on an invoice, emailed 9 times , 2 online enquiry’s and 2 phone calls, put on a priority list for a phone call and still wouldn’t ring back , sent my invoice to the debt collector instead of returning my enquiry, you should be ashamed of yourselves as a company.

I am still waiting on parcel from Wales was ment to get it last week or week before it kept asking for receipts of proof of purchase and how much was item.which is strange my name and address was proof enough I bought something and paid for it . Anyway I gave proof around 6 times I may add and finally it was on move from dublin to kilkenny yesterday now it's stuck in kilkenny apparently didnt get to depot in time to deliver to me in co waterford over a week waiting worst courier service ever.

Horrific delivery company

Horrific delivery company - avoid if you can. I missed the initial delivery date and since then, it has been nothing but confusion and extremely poor communication on the part of FedEx. I was advised by the vendor that since the delivery company missed me, to arrange delivery with FedEx, however when I checked the tracking number, it just advised that redelivery arrangements is unavailable. The date for delivery also kept changing from one date to the next with no actual movement of my package. What followed was a number of futile phone calls where again and again I explained the issue to no avail. Furthermore, during my most recent call, the customer service rep laughed and then just hung up on me. Save yourself the stress and avoid.

They don't arrive on the dates given... I'm still waiting after three notifications that never turned up

A parcel left the USA on 22/1 and three notifications that it would be delivered on dates that were never honoured. Three days taken off work, phone calls to be answered by an AI system that is useless, and finally getting through to a real person by saying "I've been asked to call" - even the helpful people were aghast at the lack of information, the wrong emails autogenerated with delivery dates, and the complete inability to believe anything that their systems told them. Even today's delivery was confirmed as on the van when I first called, a second call closer to the end of the day told me it wasn't on the van and that it would be Monday... AVOID THEM! The staff are really friendly but their systems work against them and email notifications are not to be trusted...

Monday, 16th February - still no guarantee that the parcel will be put on the van today, despite all the undertakings... and seems like Santry depot has one staff member as the Fedex help desk couldn't get through to the depot "because they are probably loading the van" Is this really a company or one man, his van, and an AI engine!

I ordered parcel from outside of…

I ordered parcel from outside of Ireland with express delivery and the delivery time was perfectly on time. Altough there is lot to learn from how to deliver the package itself.

The parcel was left next to gate where anybody could pick it up and steal it on the way. You take picture from the goddamn door with the parcel instead of leaving it all unsafe to right next to sidewalk but I would even rather to ring the bell/knock the door to make it safely to recipient.

All this incompentence and self regard of these employees kills me.

I cannot recommend using the Fedex but was unfortunate to use it due of delivery choices. I recommend to avoid this company and look for any reliable sources for your parcels even when it can cost more.

Some valuables are not worth of risking because someone else lacking.

Company has my order 3 weeks. Almost everyday they “update” the delivery date. Unfortunately 1* is the worse rating allowed give them but that doesn’t even come close

Fedex charge custom duties and taxes after delivery, misleading.

Fedex do not give any indication at time of delivery that Custom charges and duties are due,there is no paperwork with the item - they invoice you weeks later,and then you have to work out what it is in relation to.This is at odds with how every other courier company and An Post do business.According to Revenue, customers need to be told upfront about any charges liable.It's misleading and underhand.

Horrible experience

Terrible shipping company, the worst I ever dealt with.
They change delivery time everyday morning with no reason. Other time, you have delivery time scheduled for 5 days and then they change it again in the last minute. Nobody from there can explain the reason. You only hear " I'm really sorry" nothing else. I'm still waiting for my parcel after nearly 2 weeks from the first delivery time and don't know when I will get my parcel as their tracking system is not reliable.
I don't understand how the company with such a bad reviews still exists?
Will be avoiding them next time

I’m never using Fedex again.

Dealing with Fedex has been an absolute nightmare.

Needed to return a package after Christmas. When I tried to organise a pickup the website gave me one or two options for a date and when selecting a time it gave me no options. I eventually shipped it off from Dublin on the 30th of December. It’s now been stood still in Denmark since the 2nd of January - over 4 weeks ago. Bear in mind the final destination is in Denmark. Because of this I still haven’t been able to receive my refund/exchange from the company i’m returning to.

I won’t even get into how terrible their customer service is or else I’d be here all day. But to share my favourite experience - once I had finally managed to contact Fedex directly without having to answer a billion questions first, I explained my situation and was finally met with a response offering to help - asking for some details first. I provide the details and next thing I know I receive a lovely automated email stating “this address is no longer available for new messages and your email will not be actioned”…

I put up a negative claim about FedEx but in the end they reimbursed me for the product that they damaged so all in all I have to be satisfied .
