Loved by my Border Terrier

My Border Terrier has the Cold Pressed Duck variety and is thriving on it. We have a 6 weekly subscription and the deliveries are always arrive when expected. Great communication from Feelwells if I've ever had to contact them. So overall, a fantastic business 👏

Brilliant food

After my patterdale Cali was diagnosed severe allergies to alot of things in normal everyday dog food and after her refusing raw and me not being able to cook for her i searched for a food found feelwells and she loves it with the odd day of homecooked,then my Loki (border terrier) was diagnosed gluten intolerant,I was lost,where do I start food,treats,etc again I tried raw but found he could only tolerate lamb so not feasible with raw I thought oh ill see if feelwells is gluten free well now 2 dogs eating lamb and pea wet food and loki eating half lamb dry food,Cali still on some days homecooked brilliant plus no more going away with raw food yay feelwells are brilliant and I refer everyone who asks to them now xxx thank you to all at feelwells

Helen was amazing at feelwells

Helen was amazing at feelwells. I couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable person than Helen she talked to me on the phone for over an hour talking about my Sammy and his troubles. Helen put me at ease and made me feel like I’m not the only person going through this. Helen sent me samples which we tried but then we found out Sammy was allergic to all proteins. Thank you so much Helen to listening to me going on about my Sammy issue and understanding me.

I don't usually write reviews but have…

I don't usually write reviews but have been a feelwells customer for 2 years now and felt like I needed to! We swapped from another company after they hiked their prices up considerably in one massove jump, did lots of research, as one of our dogs needs a suitable and specific type of food which is hard to find and hence found feelwells. We get a monthly subscription of dog food delivered once a month. One month only one of the two boxes was delivered, however this was a courier error, and feelwells customer service were great at sorting this for me! Another time I had problems on how to claim their reward points and again customer service were great. Even better that we get reward points from our monthly subscription which we save up and then buy a whole bulk of dog treats with. Since our subscription started, feelwells have only increased their price once and this wasn't by much and was totally acceptable seeing as everything price wise had increased at the same time. Communication around our subscription is always great and food is always delivered on time. The food is good quality, never had any issues with it (even with a dog with severe allergies). We also get free treats delivered every month with our dog food subscription, even better! On occassions they haven't had the large bags of dog food in stock for our order so we received smaller bags instead which wasnt a problem and meant we actually ended up getting more food overall in total! Very happy customer! From our experience with feelweels, I have nothing bad to say about them. Thank you!
