I don't usually write reviews but have…

I don't usually write reviews but have been a feelwells customer for 2 years now and felt like I needed to! We swapped from another company after they hiked their prices up considerably in one massove jump, did lots of research, as one of our dogs needs a suitable and specific type of food which is hard to find and hence found feelwells. We get a monthly subscription of dog food delivered once a month. One month only one of the two boxes was delivered, however this was a courier error, and feelwells customer service were great at sorting this for me! Another time I had problems on how to claim their reward points and again customer service were great. Even better that we get reward points from our monthly subscription which we save up and then buy a whole bulk of dog treats with. Since our subscription started, feelwells have only increased their price once and this wasn't by much and was totally acceptable seeing as everything price wise had increased at the same time. Communication around our subscription is always great and food is always delivered on time. The food is good quality, never had any issues with it (even with a dog with severe allergies). We also get free treats delivered every month with our dog food subscription, even better! On occassions they haven't had the large bags of dog food in stock for our order so we received smaller bags instead which wasnt a problem and meant we actually ended up getting more food overall in total! Very happy customer! From our experience with feelweels, I have nothing bad to say about them. Thank you!

Package re-used

Would have given Feelwells 5 stars however the box was badly damaged.

Fortunately none of the contents were damaged.

Hi Jackie, I am sorry about the damaged box, I wasn't aware of this. It would have been in good condition when it left us so it must have been damaged in transit. Were any of the contents damaged?

The customer support is fantastic

The customer support is fantastic, with very helpful advice and guidance. I love how the food is packaged and with clear feeding guidelines and nutritional information. The only thing that would useful is some smaller ‘samples’ of the kibble, as I purchased the smallest 2kg size for my fussy dogs and they won’t eat it

Highly recommend Feelwells

I’ve been using Feelwells for dog food for a number of years now and highly recommend it. My dog enjoys it too.
During a recent vet visit, the vet commented on how good she looks and asked what we are feeding her on.
The ordering process online is easy to use and delivery is quick. Never had an issue. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - Truly care

I've been buying the Potato & chicken treats for my 4 small dogs for c 4 mths. Feelwells are SO helpful. My regular dog treats were discontinued so I found this Co. I needed treats to fit into Kongs and their little footballs they kick around to get treats out of ....and had spent c 100.00 on different treats/companies which either didn't fit or dogs didn't like. Feelwells sent me a free sample after chatting to them,xI think it was the owner (small ? family business). My dogs LOVE them, always arrive within a couple of days of ordering. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Feelwells. Excellent on customer service, fulfilment and product quality. A big/massive thank you to them too!! Oh, the owner also measured the treats/knew the exact size so I could have confidence they'd fit.... no other company went the extra mile for me, that makes them very special in my eyes!

Excellent customer service

There was a problem with the site and their phone line when I tried to do my order. I sent an email and Helen soon got back to me. She sent the order out anyway sent the order out anyway, and emailed me an invoice with a payment method.
She couldn't have been more helpful.

Brilliant

My dog loves the grain free duck food especially with the wet lamb or venison added. She also loves the treats and the postbiotic. Helen is absolutely amazing. Great advice and nothing is too much trouble. Cant recommend this company enough.
