This is more cheap Chinese rubbish….absolutely conned. They are trading under a London name and you feel you are buying quality British goods. Appalling.

Ordered a sweater and coat. Received 2 coats, no sweater. Coats not fit for purpose, probably fit a ten year old but so badly made you would make a child wear it. PayPal cannot help so I’m £90+ out of pocket. The seller offered 15% refund. Angry with myself for getting sucked into this scam. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered but like others was tricked into believing Fennella-London was a British company.

Neck I could see even before out packaging is all wide and baggy, some stitching coming out and not even tried on yet, “wool all fuzzy” before even washing it, colour meant to be grey but I would say it’s beige, could have set fire to my £35 and got more out of it please avoid. Saw the advert on instagram I am deffo not happy 😡

Size was 2 sizes too small, fabric lowest quality, no labels for washing or what it’s made from, or who the company is.
Avoid this like the plague, just wish FB would take these scam sites down.

Junk Jumpers. Avoid like the plague.

This company uses mis leading information such as delivery from the Royal Mail, making you think it's coming from England when in fact it is not. My order was delivered by Evri. The garments received were of absolutely rubbish quality and are illegal since they have no labels indicating what the jumpers are made of. This is a requirement in UK law. It is also a requirement that any sale goods showing a higher price must have been advertised at that price for a certain period of time. There are no full price items on their website .
Clearly the Trustpilot rating they show on their website is fake. I defy anybody to be happy with the quality of these jumpers .I contacted them to return the order and first they offered me 15% then 20, then 40, then 50% refund and for me to keep the jumpers but I would never wear them. I can't even take them to a charity shop for they too are required to only sell clothing with labels in them. I contacted my credit card company since the return address that they provide in China is absolutely impossible to write into any courier delivery service and have received a refund, but I have to wait 45 days from then to see what the merchant does about it. Since I regularly look at Trustpilot, I am very annoyed with myself for not doing so before placing this order, but I guess we all get had from time to time. My suggestion is to approach your credit card company or if you paid through PayPal to get in touch with them.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE IT’S A CON !

I have been trying to contact this company as I did not receive confirmation of payment or order details. I used the phone number on the Fenella website, the person who replied said they had no connection with Fenella and advised me to check Trust Pilot. It seems that I have lost my money and been conned . I was a bit wary about the instant message trying to get another sale seconds after making first payment.

Disappointing attitude

Well I am not expecting a lot. I have previously purchased a fluffy cardigan and although it was never worth what the original price was the much deflated sale price was what the garment was worth.
It was an item I would never wear to go out in however it was absolutely brilliant as a bed jacket, warm soft and cozy. So for someone who is wheelchair bound I ordered another two only trouble is I ordered the same colour twice when I tried to contact them I virtually got an answer back tough. My mistake I admit and we wait and see what happens!! I

Zero stars really needs to be an…

Zero stars really needs to be an option.
I ordered a cardigan and 2 jumpers and received a men’s nylon jackets and matching trousers. Absolute rubbish. They started with “keep the item and we will give 15% refund” but I have said no as they’re useless items. They’ve gone up to 40% refund but I have argued no as it is their mistake and they should pay for delivery back to China.
That is the important thing- this company has no links to the UK. I will be getting trading standards on to it and will keep pushing for a full refund. Fortunately I have a relative who deals with these issues. I should not be out of pocket.

Avoid

I ordered a jumper supposed to be reduced from well over £100 to around £35 and from a London store. I submitted my payment and then they offered me more discount for a second item. I pressed the "no thanks" key and then was charged £20 for another jumper exactly the same. Just arrived and obviously cheap and from China. Do not order from this false company. It is not Fenella London.

Poor quality jumper

Poor quality jumper. Looks like I’ve been caught out.Neck is big and scruffy looking. Sleeves are short. However this has happened to me before with another online purchase and the bank sorted it out for me and I got my money back. It’s a hassle but rather get my money back than let the company selling this rubbish keeping it !

I bought an online jumper off Fenella…

I bought an online jumper off Fenella London. I assumed since it was a London company it would be fine especially as they said it was £75 reduced to £30. What a load of rubbish. I would be embarrassed to wear it. It looked beautiful on the model. What a con. The jumper was shapeless and the neck was a mess. There was no option for a refund and I was really disappointed. Please don’t fall for this rubbish company as you’d be horrified of the quality.

I wish I had read these reviews first…

I wish I had read these reviews first before buying as I fell for the nice pictures of jumpers online. They appeared to be exactly what I wanted. When they arrived they were poor quality, thin material & far too short. In spite of stating a return policy online Fenella offered first 15%, then 25% & finally a 40 % refund, or return the items to China for a full refund. Disgraceful to operate under a London name when there is nothing related to London about this company Do not use!
