Well, I was prepared to lose £35. However, my jumper arrived in 10 days which when I realised it was coming from China wasn't too bad. It's definitely NOT as beautiful as the picture but it's wearable a deffo reproduction. The neck is much bigger than it should be and is just basically thrown together. Won't be purchasing from them again. Shame as the jumpers are so beautiful in the pictures. Much prefer going into a proper shop. 😕

Not a scam, a con. Company based in China using the name of business in the UK. You will receive the goods ordered, they will be poor quality and poor fit and to return you will have to pay the postage to China with no guarantee that you will receive a refund. Do not use Fenella London.

I ordered a 'beautiful' Fair Isle jumper. When I received it, it could not have been less like the picture on their website. Neckline enormous and the quality of the wool is rubbish. I have tried contacting them twice to get a refund. I have heard nothing.

Do not buy! Agree with other comments. I didn't read these reviews before ordering. I only read their own reviews on their website. Neckline is enormous! Jumper huge even though small ordered! Refund offered 40% otherwise they ask you to post back to China using a tracking service.

Whatever you do don't buy from this company. They are scammers. The clothes look nothing like the pictures on the website and are weird shapes and not made from the materials as advertised. Polyester instead of wool for example! Hand wash only. Delivery took forever. Returns is a nightmare as despite the name with London in the description the returns address is China. They will offer 40% eventually not to return product. Sure this company is trading illegally. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything.

Stay well away of this Chinese company Cheap goods and don’t give refunds Not uk so no rights etc.

Absolutely awful jumper arrived and was nowhere near the lovely looking jumper online! Neckline as big as a waistband! Totally out of shape & not a small that was ordered! It’s at best a large! So far been offered 15% discount on, waiting to hear how to get my full refund as stated in T&C I have 30 days! Keeping optimistic but reading these reviews now I doubt I will get a refund at all! This shouldn’t be allowed and all companies advertising online should HAVE to be regulated! Hard earned money being paid to scammers!!!!!!! FUMING!

Fenella London is based in China. The items took weeks to arrive and as everyone else here has said, they were of very poor quality. The website states there is a "30 day money back guarantee," but I was told not to bother returning the items and to accept a 15% refund instead. I wasted £83 on Christmas gifts, which arrived too late. The "Chloe" sunglasses were broken! I might be able to sell the jumpers on ebay, if I'm lucky, but they are certainly not worth what I paid. HUGE SCAM BEWARE!

Awful experience from start to finish. Item took over 3 weeks to arrive - despite the company being called Fennella London they ship from China. Cheap rubbish that bears no resemblance to the items you see on line. I had to email them 4 times before they would even give me any return information- each time they offered me a discount to keep it 15% off then 25% then 40% - eventually they gave me an address in China that I needed to return it to - tracked postage at my own expense. Goodness knows if I will ever get my refund but I will NEVER buy from them again.

I should have looked on Trust Pilot before purchasing a jumper from Fennela London. I will never buy anything again from anything other than a reputable high street chain on Facebook. It sounds as though there are too many scammers out there. I soon realised that I wasn’t going to get anywhere in being able to return the very cheap and horrible jumper they sent. I settled in the end for a 40 per cent refund (from what others are saying I could have held out for more). I’m not convinced I’ll get a refund at all but I don’t think there was any point in trying to send the item back to China and expecting a refund then. DO BE CAREFUL and STOP AND THINK when you buy online. I wish that I had!,

Do NOT buy from this site. Constantly changing name of company so that it appears to be in the UK. This is a CHINA based outlet, scammers who do not allow returns and are a nightmare to deal with once you have paid. Items take ages to be delivered, terrible quality, no labels just awful. Not received my item yet but have been reading these reviews, unfortunately I have fallen yet again for a flippin Chinese company pretending to be London based. I bought some shoes which when received were the wrong size I'd ordered a 4.5 and they sent a 6. Unable to return as the postage cost near enough the same as the shoes and in the end I took the complaint up with Paypal, which was'nt an easy process and, lost, Paypal agreed with the seller !!!!. Unfortunately my payment went out yesterday otherwise I would have cancelled the transaction. WILL I EVER LEARN

I am in the same pickle as others in this review. Currently demanding full refund Return address in china. I’ve been quoted 50% refund so far at 3rd attempt. Now I shall try trades description challenge Wonder if PayPal will take up the challenge!

THIS IS A SCAMMER SITE. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT BUY. MY ITEM TOOK AGES TO ARRIVE. WHEN I TRACKED IT, IT WAS PASSING THROUGH AIRPORTS. WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS CHEAP TAT FAKE ITEM NOT AS PICTURE. IT SMELT OF A DIRTY FACTORY AND SHIPPED FROM CHINA. IT HAD CHEAP RIBBON FOR TASSLES AND FOREIGN WRITING ON THE BACK OF THE FLEECE JACKET. IT WAS THE CHEAPEST RUBBISH EVER. I RANG THE REAL FENELLA WHICH IS A LEGIT LONDON BASED COMPANY WITH SHOPS ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND HE SAID THE POLICE ARE INVOLVED. HE HAS MULITPLE PHONE CALLS A DAY FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS PAGE AND LOST THEIR MONEY AS I DID. HE SAID THE SCAMMERS ARE BASED IN THE MIDDLE EAST AND HAVE PINCHED THEIR NAME TO SCAM PEOPLE. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PAGE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. Would not purchase from this company again . Item shabby and poor quality. Into charity bag. It says fenella London but this as all the hallmarks of fenella China.No return label or invoice

Trust pilot have got this incorrect. These reviews are for Fennella London, totally different company.
Fenella clothing are taking legal action against Fennella London.

My jumper took three weeks to be delivered and when eventually arrived it looked nothing like the picture.
Very very poor quality garment.
I would definitely NEVER buy from this company again. And they’re not in the UK .. !
