Haven't received my order yet but as soon as I saw the couriers name I knew it would be coming from china. I am expecting it to be cheap rubbish when it arrives. Ar e we all being taken in by the company name.

Having read the reviews,I am now wanting to cancel my order. Can I do this?

This company is a complete scam. Do not use it.
I ordered a Linda jumper which was advertised as being wool. It wasn’t, it was 95% polyester 5% spandex. A horrible garment.
I asked for a returns label and was told I would have to post it to Asia. In their returns info on the site it says if the customer wants to return an item they need to get in touch with the company to be given the address but there’s no mention of Asia. I was then told they would return half my money. I said the garment had been completely mis-sold as regards the fabric and was told I still had to return it at my own expense and that they would rectify the description on their site. I have waited a few weeks before writing this review to see if they have done so but they haven’t. The Linda jumper is still described as being wool.
Don’t use this company under any circumstances.

The jumper came from China (not London), which took three weeks!

The polyester material was poor quality and very badly made. The neck, in particular, was all puckered up and that's what people are going to notice. Nothing like the photograph.

All in all, very disappointing.

this is a total scam. first it is not London company, it is from china. delivery took almost 3 weeks. item wasnt described in website. it must be wool however 90% polyester. also it didnt fit me and wanted to refund however I couldnt. looks like it needs to be back to china which is not mentioned in website! stay away total scam!

Each appeal is a continuous lottery.
Sometimes everything is ok.
Sometimes I am faced with constant waiting.

I did not notice any difficulties here, but on the whole everything suits me, they cope with their work.
