I ordered a dress back in November, not only did I not receive it ( It’s January), I was supplied with a fraudulent shipping number, after which the customer service ( which took ages) assured me the Passport tracking site just does not work and that my package should arrive within days. After not having received my dress ( waaaaaay after it was supposed to arrive) I contacted the carrier only to find out that the package has never even been shipped. I did not receive a refund at any point.

Poor quality items — medium fit like an XS… not ordering again

The customer service team is actually so sweet and they even gave me a discount bc of a shipping issue.

I love love all my dresses but id def want them to have more sizing options

Dreadful company, dress is meant to be a medium, doesn’t even fit a size 6, the lace for the corset doesn’t even fit it when it’s not on, way too short!
Contacted them to return it and they have an American address that you cannot return it to from Australia. Currently no resolution, do not buy from this company, total sham!

I bought the nova top in black in xs and it is beautiful however it is very fragile. The Margot dresss is very classy, I bought it in xxs however the torso is extremely long and makes it sit weird. The bloom top is the best item no complaints, it snatches and it’s got good padding in the boob area, on the contrary the blooom skirt is good though the width at the waist is very very large, I got an xs but it can fit a medium

For the price the quality makes sense.

The dress arrived just in time for my event!!! Everything was perfect, the fit, the color and the material were even better than the pictures! Will be ordering again for sure!

I ordered €200 worth of clothes from Fenity over five weeks ago, and I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. The tracking shows my package has been stuck in the USPS customs warehouse, even though Dutch customs has already cleared it — meaning the delay is entirely on the seller’s side.

I contacted Fenity’s customer service several times. They initially said they would open a claim with USPS, but after that, I received no further response or proof that any action was taken. It has now been weeks without updates, delivery, or a refund.

What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Other fashion brands that ship from or import to the Netherlands deliver within one to two weeks, but Fenity continues to ignore messages and provide no real assistance.

I’m now forced to request a full refund and take further legal action, and I’ll be reporting this to consumer protection authorities.

Save yourself the stress — avoid ordering from Fenity as you can see from other reviews they are absolute scums and scammers.

the delivery waiting times stated to be 1-2 weeks for my region.
i’ve made an order on the 6th of september and received my package only on the 4th of october.
they failed to deliver the product within the stated timeframe on their webpage resulting in me needing to buy an alternative product due to the urgency.
the dress itself is nothing like the pictures, very poor shien quality.
the return and customer support teams are absolutely unhelpful, very slow replies, ignoring questions and no compensation plan.
PLEASE NOTE that if you’re ordering from EU the package return will be crazy expensive due to new tariffs for incoming into US goods. i would think twice or more before ordering from them.

Received a dress with wire coming out of the corset. They won’t respond to me now and I am so disappointed and sad. SHEIN quality and honestly horrible customer service. Not sure what I am able to do I might call my bank and dispute the charge. I received a totally broken dress so sad. It won’t let me upload pictures but I sent them multiple and 3 emails. Haven’t heard back.

I received the wrong item as I bought the white polka dot top and by accident received the matching white polka dot skirt, so straight away I sent them an email saying i’ve received the wrong item and they got back quickly saying no problem they will send me the correct one soon. So I was completely happy and thankful that they were so understanding anyways after 2 weeks I then emailed again asking if by any chance the item had been sent out by now or if it was going to soon they just replied saying no it hadn’t been sent out yet. Anyways then a month go by and I ask again thinking it just got lost in all the other orders they must have or something however still was told it hasn’t been sent out. I then sent a completely fresh email again explaining the issue that I had the wrong item and that i’m happy for whatever solution but I just want money back or sent the correct item anyways they said the same thing again saying they will send the correct item to me as you can imagine this never happened. I reached out 3 times to try and sort this out and on each time ask multiple times if it had been sent out. It has now been about 6ish months since this has happened and i’ve obviously given up but thought I’m not particularly happy about this part of the customer service and don’t think I will buy from her again due to fear of loosing money again as the items are rather expensive which is a shame because the item from this shop are so beautiful.

Lower quality than I thought but still super cute. Also I guess this style runs small. I was told the opposite so I stayed true to my size which is a small. I’m 5’6 135 and the small sleeve are super tight.

Im always happy with my orders from Fenity!The material and the fitting of the clothes are perfect everytime.And they have the cutest packaging.

Got my graduation dress from them, the nymph dress was the name i think?? it fit perfectly and looked sooooo cute!!! Kind of wished i got the cecilia dress in cream too, but i was rushing. Very reasonable prices because im not paying for a £200 dress that im just gonna wear it once or twice. I definitely recommend fenity for u guys <3
