I ordered a dress with express shipping on 07/18 and received it on 07/22.

Received a tracking number immediately after purchasing.

Dress arrived on time and exactly as pictured. Surprisingly beautiful quality.

I purchased directly from the website. Reading these reviews I can’t help but wonder if people purchased through a third-party or ordered an item without realizing it was a pre-order.

Terrible company. Order a set since end of May 2025, never got any tracking code. Following up with them multiple times to ask for the tracking code and they were so shady - just said that they would check with the post office (???). And After almost two months they said the package was now returned to them and still couldnt share the tracking code to prove that the shipment actually happened (!!). I just asked for a refund but not sure if I would get it back. SO DISAPPOINTED. I wish I could rate 0

Fav online brand tbh. Love my dotty set which I finally got after being sold out forever

I waited 3 months for an order that was supposed to take 2 weeks

Ordered 3 things - they did not inform me that 2 of my items were preorder until after I PAID (I checked the item page, usually preorder items will write preorder but it did not state)

1 week passed - I realised they weren’t going to ship out my in stock item? I had to inform them to do it.

That took a month to reach me even though again. 2 weeks shipping.

The preorder items were an ordeal. Took 2 months to reach me only for them to ship the wrong item to me????

Then it took another 3+ weeks for them to ship the correct item to me WITH ME constantly following up. 3 months for me to get the item only for the top to be extremely small when I’m already a XS in the other pieces

The sizing is inconsistent. An item in XS could be different across styles but there are no individual charts

Shame because they make cute clothes but horrendous service and logistics

I purchased the Margot Dress from the Fenity Fashion website on March 15th 2025. Everything seemed fine, until a week later I checked the tracking—and it hadn’t moved at all. Weird, but I figured I’d check again later.

Ten days passed. Still nothing. I contacted the shop. They did respond within 48 hours each time, but their constant “we’ll contact our team” were nothing but fake promises.

A whole month passed and my dress was still nowhere to be found. At that point, I already knew I’d been scammed. I sent them one final, angry email (spoiler alert: it worked). They refunded me because the package “got lost”—but only the cost of the dress, not the $20 shipping. Yes, the shipping that failed to deliver my dress, ironic, right?

Two stars because I did get most of my money back, but if I didn't pressure them, they would just keep lying to me.

Do not buy from them. Spare yourself the nerves.

I waited for Margot dress for three weeks because it was on pre-order and not in stock. Due to the long wait, I reached out to customer support via Instagram direct messages, and they responded quickly, assuring me that my dress would be shipped soon—and it was. I appreciate their prompt response.

However, I was disappointed to find that the fabric composition listed on the website was inaccurate. The description stated that the dress was made of 100% cotton, but the actual label says it is 95% cotton and 5% elastane, which was an unpleasant surprise.

Regarding the fit, the side seam connecting the black and white fabrics is not entirely straight. At the junction of these fabrics, small protrusions form, which do not fit snugly against the body, making the dress look less aesthetically pleasing. Because of this, I constantly have to pull the dress down to make it fit evenly—same issue with the sleeves.

The fabric quality also surprised me. The black and white fabrics are different: the black fabric is thinner but not see-through, while the white fabric is denser. Overall, the dress has more of an office-style feel rather than being suitable for a special occasion—unless it’s styled creatively.

I washed the dress in the “wool” setting (which is the closest to hand washing), and the colors remained intact. I was initially worried that the black fabric might stain the white part and turn it gray, but thankfully, that didn’t happen.

Overall, I would rate this dress 3 out of 5 stars.

Very disappointed, my order hasn’t arrived after 2,5 months and I wanted to cancel it but no one answered of course. Just disappointing.

I wish I could give zero stars. I never received my order even after waiting for two months. As I wanted to address the issue I also did not get my refund because I “had to return the item in order to get my money back” which I obviously could not do. I also did not get any answers on my sent e-mails. Most likely to be a scam. Don’t ever order from this shop! Still waiting for my money.

Not only are their clothes an incredible value for money, with excellent material, cut, and fit, but their customer service is also exceptionally kind and responsive.

I experienced an issue with a package delivery when the tracking code wasn't working, but their customer support team promptly resolved the problem and handled it with great understanding and care.

This is my second time shopping with them, and I can't wait for the next! <3

My package still has not arrived… I ordered on black friday, and had a correspondence with Fenity in the weeks leading up to black friday. I was told it would probably be there in time for new years. It took a very long time before I heard anything or was able to track my order. It shipped from the US around December 13th, but then on December 24th I could see that my package was on its way from Slovakia.. When i wrote to them the answers were NO help at all and they were very vague. 100% do not recommend, very very poor and disappointing service for a bit expensive clothes. I doubt it will ever arrive

Super sketchy company. It's been a month and they still haven't shipped my order, but they're having a pop-up store opening. Also it's hard to take a company seriously when their customer service rep's email signature spells her job title wrong. Wish I would have researched the company more before I ordered.

2 months after order and pay and still nothing arrived... is a joke or what?

After 2 months they communicate they have canceled 50% of my order. But the other 50% stil did not arived.

On the website they say 1-3 week for deliver. I will never go back buying on that crazy shop. Costumer service is special... they answer always "Angel, we will send it shortly"... SUGGESTION: STAY AWAY!

Clothing was not as advertised. For example, swimsuit ordered was unlined cotton rather than swimsuit material. Clothes sized more for a toddler rather than teen or adult.

Do not order the Linen Pants!!
They are names the ‘Linen Pants’ online and in materials they said they are made from 100% linen but when they came on the tag it says they are made from 34% Polyester, 17% Nylon, 49% Rayon. Not even 1% Linen. What a joke. and when I emailed them they didn’t acknowledge they had lied but instead made me pay for shipping to return my order back.

Really lovely costomer service, they answer their e-mails pretty quickly and seemlessly. No complaints

this online shop is to be avoided! if you come from france, avoid this site at all costs! you pay excessive delivery charges (21€!) but on top of that you have to pay customs charges of more than 50€! and nobody tells you this, either on the site or before payment! an order that originally cost me €76 is actually costing me €123 with customs fees! what's more, it's completely dropshipping but they pass it off as an ethical brand. it's a disgrace, never order from this site even if you like the clothes, you can find much better elsewhere.
