I have not had any short term loans…

I have not had any short term loans with any other company other than Ferratum,so unable to compare the market place. I decided to stick with them as I have now built up a good credit rating with them & because of this, the process is quite easy & hassle free.
They are easy to access by phone or email & respond promptly & provide very good customer service.
The only negative is the on line choice of repayment plans however in the past I have emailed or phoned & they are very flexable providing you give them sufficient notice ie min 48 hrs
All in all I only gave them a three star rating as I do not have a market comparison
but I am very happy with them overall. so they probably deserve more than that also a big plus is that they have a base in Perth W.A.
Shop local.
I would recommend them.

The service was unprofessional

The service was unprofessional. They treat you like a fool. Have filed a complaint with financial ombudsmen who were shocked by the lack of professionalism and unsatisfactory conduct of a credit provider. If your desperate use them but otherwise look elsewhere.

Think twice before using this service …

Think twice before using this service for a small cash loan; they use an interface called CreditSense and if you are declined you will most likely receive a confirmation text for the same loan amount approved with say Dodgy Bros Inc at a higher APR. CreditSense will also inform you they are trying to find you another lender (when you didn't request them to do so). For those who have hit financial hardship in recent times I can only imagine the further damage to your credit report. Ferratum have a direct responsibility to inform consumers of this "third party" information sharing without ambiguous terminology.

i have had the pleasure to have asked ferratum for a few loans now.

i have had the pleasure to have asked ferratum for loans on a few occasions now, to help me out with some bills and week to week expenses, and they have always supported my requests...which, i am forever grateful for. now, and within time, i hope to get back on track with my financial situation, and get out of debt, as soon as possible.
